Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemahaman peserta didik pada mata
pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi hukum bacaan nun mati dan tanwin yang masih
rendah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka upaya yang dilakukan oleh peneliti
untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik adalah dengan menerapkan metode
pembelajaran mind mapping dalam pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi hukum
bacaan nun mati dan tanwin.
Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana peningkatan
motivasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi hukum bacaan nun
mati dan tanwin melalui penerapan metode mind mapping pada peserta didik
kelas IV MI Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung?, (2)
Bagaimana peningkatan pemahaman dalam mata pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi
hukum bacaan nun mati dan tanwin melalui penerapan metode mind mapping
pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding Rejotangan

Untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran AlQuran Hadis materi hukum bacaan nun mati dan tanwin melalui penerapan
metode mind mapping pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01
Ariyojeding, (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan pemahaman dalam mata
pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi hukum bacaan nun mati dan tanwin melalui
penerapan metode mind mapping pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01
Ariyojeding, (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar dalam mata
pelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi hukum bacaan nun mati dan tanwin melalui
penerapan metode mind mapping pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01
Ariyojeding.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang
dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu,
perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah
peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung.
Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data antara lain observasi, tes,
wawancara, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran

mind mapping dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman dan nilai hasil
belajar Al-Quran Hadis pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01
Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan persentase
pengamatan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan dari
observasi awal yaitu 40% meningkat menjadi 65% pada siklus I dan meningkat
kembali menjadi 90% pada siklus II. Kemudian tingkat pemahaman peserta didik
juga meningkat terhitung peserta didik dengan kriteria pemahaman sangat baik
sebanyak 36,33% pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 77% pada siklus II. Begitu
juga dengan nilai hasil belajar peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan dari
siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 56,66% meningkat menjadi 90%. Berdasarkan paparan
data, temuan hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, maka dapat
disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkan
pemahaman dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadis materi hukum bacaan nun mati
dan tanwin pada peserta didik kelas IV MI Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding
Rejotangan Tulungagung.

This research is motivated by the understanding of students on the subject

Rejotangan Tulungagung? Furthermore, the purpose of this study are (1) To
describe the increase of learning motivation in the subject of Al-Quran Hadith
material of law reading nun dead and tanwin through the implementation of mind
mapping method on students of class IV Islamic Elementary School Darussalam
01 Ariyojeding, (2) To describe the increase of understanding in the subjects of
Al-Quran Hadith material of law reading nun dead and tanwin through the
implementation of mind mapping method on students of class IV Islamic
Elementary School Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding, (3) To describe the increase of
learning outcomes in the subjects of Al-Quran Hadith material of law reading nun
dead and tanwin through the implementation of mind mapping method on
students of class IV Islamic Elementary School Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding.
This research uses Classroom Action Research done in two cycles. Each
cycle consists of four stages namely, planning, implementation, observation and
reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class IV Islamic
Elementary School Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung.
Techniques used in the collection of data include observation, tests, interviews,
and documentation and field notes.
The results showed that the application of mind mapping learning method
can improve learning motivation, understanding and value of learning result of

Al-Quran Hadith on students of class IV Islamic Elementary School Darussalam
01 Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung. This can be proved by the percentage of
observation of learning motivation of students who experienced an increase from
the initial observation that is 40% increased to 65% in cycle I and increased back
to 90% in cycle II. Then the level of understanding of students also increased
counted learners with very good understanding criteria as much as 36.33% in
cycle I and increased to 77% in cycle II. So also with the value of learning
outcomes of learners who experience an increase from cycle I to cycle II is
56.66% increased to 90%. Based on data exposure, research findings, and
discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that the implementation
of mind mapping method can improve understanding in learning Al-Quran Hadith
material of law reading nun dead and tanwin on students of class IV Islamic
Elementary School Darussalam 01 Ariyojeding Rejotangan Tulungagung.
