PENELITIAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI GEJALA PRURITUS PADA PASIEN HEMODIALISIS REGULER

Selamat siang kepada Bapak/Ibu sekalian. Peneliti : Herna Wahyuni NIM : 110100327 Fakultas : Kedokteran

Saya mahasiswi selaku peneliti dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sumatera Utara akan melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Faktor-faktor yang

Mempengaruhi Gejala Pruritus pada Pasien Hemodialisis Reguler”.

Arti dari Pruritus adalah rasa gatal, dimana salah satu komplikasi dari hemodialisis adalah Pruritus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan parameter klinik dan laboratorium dengan gejala pruritus pada pasien hemodialisis reguler. Sehingga penelitian ini berguna untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Bapak/Ibu terhadap komplikasi yang terjadi setelah melakukan hemodialisis dan juga berguna bagi klinik kesehatan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penatalaksanaan pruritus.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pemberian kuesioner dan melihat rekam medik pasien. Kuesioner adalah lembar pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan pruritus yang berisi 8 pertanyaan. Rekam medik digunakan untuk melihat data laboratorium yang diperlukan untuk penelitian.

Sebelum melakukan penelitian, terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan pemilihan pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, setelah ini pasien akan diberikan pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Penelitian ini tidak di pungut biaya
