  Lampiran 3. Bagan rancangan dosis pada sighting study Perhitungan dosis uji pendahuluan

  1. Dosis = 300 mg/kg BB BB hewan uji = 125 gram = 0,125 kg

  Diambil 2 mL untuk di suntikan secara peroral pada hewan uji

  2. Dosis = 300 mg/kg BB BB hewan uji = 130 gram = 0,130 kg

  Diambil 2 mL untuk di suntikan secara peroral pada hewan uji

  3. Dosis = 300 mg/kg BB BB hewan uji = 145 gram = 0,145 kg

  

Diambil 2 mL untuk di suntikan secara peroral pada hewan uji, tidak

ditemukan kematian pada hewan uji, sehingga pada hari berikutnya dosis

dinaikan menjadi 2000 mg/kg BB

  1. Dosis = 2000 mg/kg BB BB hewan uji = 145 gram = 0,145 kg

  Diambil 2 mL untuk di suntikan secara peroral pada hewan uji

  2. Dosis = 2000 mg/kg BB BB hewan uji = 125 gram = 0,125 kg

  Diambil 2 mL untuk di suntikan secara peroral pada hewan uji

  3. Dosis = 2000 mg/kg BB BB hewan uji = 130 gram = 0,130 kg

  

Diambil 2 mL untuk di suntikan secara peroral pada hewan uji, tidak

terjadi kematian, sehingga pada main study digunakan dosis 2000 mg/kg
