The research concerns on capacity of light weight concrete colomn with aluminium fibre as
micro-reinforcement by enviromental load especially burning. In this research beam concrete of
120 mm x 250 mm, 1000 mm hight for uniaksial load test are made. Fibre volume fraction are
0,75% of concrete and metakaolin content are 7,5% of cement. Aluminium fibre with aspect
ratio 60, cement type I, sand, alwa, water, and viscocrete are used. Testing are based on SK SNI
S–36–1990–03. The result shows that increasing of average capacity of colomn concrete of 120
mm x 250 mm, 1000 mm hight is 23.88 %,58,50 % on aluminium fibre and metacaolin light
weight concrete. . Increasing of average capacity of colomn concrete of 120 mm x 250 mm,
1000 mm hight after burning at 500° C and curing is 3.41 % and 3.75 % on aluminium fibre light
weight concrete and aluminium fibre metakaolin light weight concrete. Decreasing of average
capacity of colomn concrete of 120 mm x 250 mm, 1000 mm hight is -8.57 %, -8.98 %, -12.25 %
after burning at 300° C, 400° C, 500° C on light weight concrete. Decreasing of average capacity
of colomn concrete of 120 mm x 250 mm, 1000 mm hight is -0.49 %, -3.46 %, -19.28 % after
burning at 300° C, 400° C, 500° C on aluminium fibre light weight concrete. Decreasing of
average capacity of colomn concrete of 120 mm x 250 mm, 1000 mm hight is -9.74 %, -17.65 %,
-66.44 % after burning at 300° C, 400° C, 500° C on aluminium fibre metacaolin light weight
concrete. Aluminium fibre and metakaolin light weight concrete which are made full fill
absorption and penetration as impermiabel material of concrete before and after
burningcuring.
