ABSTRAK
Analisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan
Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur GCG
terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan (diproksikan BOPO, CAR, NIM, ROA dan
ROE).
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2012 berjumlah 30 perusahaan.
Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 19 perusahaan berdasarkan teknik
purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu.
Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dengan
mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan sampel dari
tahun 2009 – 2012. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik
dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi, uji-t, uji F dan
koefisien determinasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG pada perusahaan
perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI hanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE
sebagai proksi kinerja keuangan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap BOPO, CAR,
NIM, dan ROA.

ABSTRACT
Analysis of Effect Good Corporate Governance Banking Corporate Financial
Performance Of Listed on Stock Exchange
This study aimed to determine the effect of GCG structure on banking
financial performance (proxied by BOPO, CAR , NIM , ROA and ROE ) .
The population of study were 30 banking companies listed in Indonesia
Stock Exchange for period 2009 to 2012. Samples acquired were 19 companies
used was purposive sampling, with specific considerations. Data collection
method used was documentation to collect secondary data from financial
statements of the sample firms from 2009 to 2012. Data analysis method used was
the classical assumption and hypothesis testing using the regression equation, ttest, F-test and coefficient of determination .
The results shown that the implementation of GCG in banking companies
listed on Stock Exchange only significant effect on ROE as a proxy for financial
performance, but has no effect on ROA, CAR , NIM and ROA .
