ABSTRAK
PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN
TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA SISWA/SISWI SMK
NEGERI 10 MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Efikasi diri
dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Bewirausaha siswa/siswi SMK
Negeri 10 Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 84 siswa/siswi dengan metode
Purposive Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis
deskriptif dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
Efikasi Diri dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa/siswi SMK Negeri 10
Medan. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square (R2)
sebesar 0,254 hal ini berarti 25,4% variabel Minat Berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan
oleh variabel Efikasi Diri dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan sedangkan sisanya
sebesar 74,6% dapat oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
THE EFFECT OFSELFEFFICACY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
COMPETENCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL INTEREST ON STUDENTS
SMK NEGERI 10 MEDAN
This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of Self Efficacy and
Entrepreneurship Competence of Entrepreneurial Interest on students SMK
Negeri 10 Medan. The sample was 84 students with Purposive Random Sampling
method. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear
regression analysis. The result showed that Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurship
Competence are simultaneously affecting positively and significant to interest on
entrepreneurial students of SMK Negeri 10 Medan. From the analysis of the
determinant coefficient obtained value of Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0,254 this
means 25,4% variable interest on entrepreneurship can be explained by the
variable Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurship Competence while the remaining
74,6% can be explained by other variables not examined in the research.
