ABSTRACT

Simplicity-minded management is a strategy to better describe information
technology management complexity within an organization. Application
ofSimplicity-minded management strategy to the information technology
management of an organization includes goal simplification, organizational structure simplification, information technology simplification,
business and governance processes rules enforcement, and habitual
simplifications. By simplifying information technology complexity within
an organization, information technology as one of key part in value
creation in an organization will be leveraged.
