ABSTRAK

  Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data rekam medis pasien pada Klinik Cempaka Palembang. Salah satunya masalah data yang diolah masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan mencatat di buku catatan. Dalam pemrosesan data yang akan diinputkan meliputi data pasien, data pemeriksaan, data diagnosa, data tindakan dan data tambahan. Maka hasil ouput yang sudah diolah dalam sebuah aplikasi akan menghasilkan sebuah laporan data rekam medis. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan program Visual Basic 2010 dan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu bagian administrasi Klinik Cempaka Palembang dalam mengelolah data rekam medis sehingga dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien.

  

ABSTRACT

  The final report is aimed at can be helpful in the patient's medical record data processing at the clinic Cempaka Palembang. One of them concerns the data processed are still using manual way i.e. by noting on the record book. The data processing will be inputed data include patients, data examination, diagnostic data, additional data and action data. Then output the results that have been processed in an application will generate a report of medical record data. This application is created using Visual Basic 2010 program and a MySQL database. The application is expected to help the Clinic Administration Cempaka Palembang in the dissemination of medical record so that it can be done effectively and efficiently.

  Dengan mengucapkan puji syukur kepada Allah SWT, karena hanya atas anugerah dan hidayah-Nya, penulis akhirnya dapat menyelesaikan laporan akhir ini dengan judul “Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Rekam Medis Pasien pada Klinik Cempaka Palembang”.
