Perbandingan Konsep Kepemimpinan Vatikan Dan Iran
ABSTRAKSI
Penelitian ini berjudul “Perbandingan Konsep Kepemimpinan Vatikan dan Iran”. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan persamaan konsep kepemimpinan Negara
Vatikan dan Iran dengan cara membandingan konsep kepemimpinan kedua negara tersebut.
Kedua Negara Vatikan dan Iran memiliki cara kepemimpinan yang berbeda dengan agama
yang berbeda juga, vatikan dengan monarki absolute dan iran dengan Teodemokrasi di
modifikasi dengan adanya pemerintahan para ulama dan modifikasi ini menyentuh tiga sendi
sitem repubik, meliputi institusi-institusi yang biasa disebut Trias Politika (Eksekutif,
Legislatif, Yudikatif). Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan teori kedaulatan tuhan dan
perbandingan politik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode perbandingan.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian perpustakaan (library research).
Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan dan persamaan Negara Vatikan dan Iran
dengan menggunakan teori kedaulatan tuhan dan perbandingan politik. Peneliti melihat
perbedaan dalam kepemimpinan kedua Negara tersebut dalam hal membuat sebuah
kebijakan. Konsep kepemimpinan kedua negara tersebut mempunyai perbedaan, untuk
Vatikan kepemimpinan berada pada paus dan untuk seluruh warga katolik yang ada di dunia,
berbeda dengan Iran konsep imamah hanya berada pada wilayah Negara Iran sendiri,
sedangkan yang menjadi persamaan bagi kepemimpinan kedua Negara tersebut adalah
kebijakan Negara hanya di putuskan oleh satu orang yang dianggap orang menjadi wakil
tuhan di dunia.
