ABSTRACT
Puput Putri Lestari, 210110070408, 2012, Management Communication,
Marketing Communication concentration, Faculty of Communication University of
Padjadjaran, Jatinangor. Research the title of “The Relation of Organization
Communication Climate and Employed Job Performance in PT. Sangkuriang
Inetnasional Bandung”. This research is under the guidance of Dr. Asep Suryana,
M.Si as the main lecture and Nindi Aristi S.sos, M.Comn. as the counselor.
This research goals is to know how far the Correlation organization
communication climate with employee performance at PT. Sangkuriang Internasional
Bandung, describing functional and behavior duty.
This correlation method research use Rank Sperman hypothesis test with
inferensial, and descriptive data analysis technique. Research sampling is 60 people
with saturated sampling method. Collecting data technique use questionnaire,
interview, observation, and library study. This research is take from Kopelman, Brief,
dan Guzzo Organization Communication Climate theory.
The conclusions of research output is organization communication climate
have very significant correlation with employee performance at PT. Sangkuriang
Internasional Bandung. This correlation point to trust, group decision making,
honest, below communication openness, top up listening communication and attention
to highliy performance purpose in influencing PT. Sangkuriang Internasional
Bandung employee performance.
Suggetion organization communication climate PT. Sangkuriang
Internasional Bandung must keep organization communication climate in all factors
because this relationship is good so it can make improving employee performance at
the future.
