The purpose of this writing is to know the activity of horizontal
communication, knowing the channels of communication, knowing the
effectiveness of horizontal communication In The Public Relations Division Of
Parts Publications And Information Services At The Headquarters BPK RI.
Descriptive is the method that being used by the author, which is to
obtain the description about the activity its self by collecting the data using
observations, interviews, and literature study.
The result of this writing can be conclude that the Horizontal
Communication And Channels Of Communication In The Public Relations
Division Of Parts Publication and Information Services At The Headquarters
BPK RI is efficient but not effective, because the utilization of communication
media is too slightly. The Horizontal Communication are depend onbmeeting
and informal communication and the channels of communication are depend

Suggestion for In The Public Relations Division Of Parts Publications
And Information Services At The Headquarters BPK RI is to using another
channels such a personal message, gathering, and forum of communication
such a chatroom at any social media networking.
