BACKGROUND
Solid waste and sewage treatment B3 is a series of activities which include
the collection, storage, use, transportation and processing. PT.Pelindo
cooperation with PT.Nazar as waste transportation company having

certifications, there are 6 terminals (pier) which produces B3 waste as well
as several points of the waste in the area PT.Pelindo branch Banjarmasin.

DISCUSSION

From the data in June and July is known that all the components are of waste water which
consists of: Solids Dissolved (TDS), suspended solids (TSS), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), Ph,
Lead (Pb), BOD5, COD, oil or fat does not pass the maximum limit set by the Water Quality
Standards Regulation of the Governor of South Kalimantan Waste Ciar No. 04 Year 2007.

From the above data it can be seen in June
and July all the components that are of such
water does not pass through the maximum
limit set by the Water Quality Standards

SUGGESTION




The need for distance in the preparation of B3 waste drum storage. Preferably B3 waste
storage in PT.Pelindo III (Persero) Branch of Banjarmasin must be closed roof and the
distance between the block must be in accordance with the standards Kepdal 01 /
BAPEDAL / 09/1995 on "Procedures and Technical Requirements for Storage and
collection LB3" is 60 cm..
The need for additional human resources for officers RF.
