Monitoring Disability (Hidden) Action adalah moral hazard yang disebabkan

4, dan 5 2.Moral Disability adalah moral hazard yang disebabkan oleh adanya
kecenderungan perilaku yang tidak bermoral, seperti tidak jujur, tidak taat,
tidak peduli dan tidak tabah. Untuk pertanyaan nomor 6,7, dan 83. Undesirable out come (impact) production adalah, moral hazard yang
disebabkan karena dibayarkan oleh pihak ketiga/pihak lain. Untuk pertanyaan
nomor 6,7, dan 84. Undesirable Behavior production adalah moral hazard yang dikarenakan
adanya sistem/aturan yang belum baik. Untuk pertanyaan nomor 9 dan 10.
