in Addressing Global Public Health Threats”

We, the participants of the Global Health Security Agenda Action

the role of all participating countries of the GHSA in focusing attention on
implementing GHSA Action Packages and are committed to taking action in:
• Considering a systemic integrated network as a model to allow the
integration of multi-stakeholder action.
• Strengthening GHSA Action Package coordination in coherence with the
development of capacities expected for the IHR (2005) implementation
including through the use of recently developed Joint External Evaluation
(JEE) tool and Strategic Partnership Portal (SPP).

Strengthening the communication, coordination, and cooperation among
stakeholders of the GHSA participating countries, and the international

organizations, WHO, FAO, and OIE. At the sub-national, national, regional
and global levels, including the non-governmental sector.

Sharing information, experiences, and best practices in implementing and
achieving Action Packages targets as efforts in accelerating
the
achievement of IHR (2005) core capacities and strengthening health
security more broadly using a multi-sectoral One Health approach.

• Identifying challenges and opportunities in implementing Action Packages.
