Asri ramadahani, 210103110228, “Proses Penulisan Rilis Berita Dalam
Penyebaran Informasi Pemerintahan Di Bagian Informatika Sekretariat Kabupaten
Garut”. Dibimbing oleh Aang Koswara, S.Sos., M. Si. Diploma III Program Ahli
Komunikasi Terapan (PAKT), Sub Program Kehumasan, Fakultas Ilmu
Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran, 2014.
Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan kegiatan
penulisan press release, proses penulisan press release, dan proses kegiatan
evaluasi press release.
Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik
pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, yang menjadi
objek pengamatan adalah Bagian Informatika Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten
Garut.
Pengamatan ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa terdapat tiga proses dalam
pembuatan press release di Bagian Informatika Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten
Garut . Pertama: perencaanan yang meliputi pengembangan issue, menentukan
topik, menentukan khalayak, dan menentukan media. Kedua: penulisan yang
meliptui, menyusun strategi pesan dan tahap penulisan pesan. Ketiga: evaluasi
yang meliputi pengujian press releasesebelum didistribusikan, dan evaluasi
setelah kegiatan penulisan press release.
Dalam Penulisan ini, penulis memberi saran yang mungkin dapat bermanfaat
yaitu untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan dan kreatifitasannya dalam proses
penulisan press release yang akan disampaikan kepublik, dan meningkatkan
kualitas dari sarana prasarana yang menjadi fasilitas Bagian Informatika
Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Garut.

The purpose this study was to determine the planning process of press
release, the writing process of press releases, and the evaluating process of
Press release.
The writing method that used is descriptive, in involves several data
collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. The

This is observation indicates that there are three processes in the writing
process of press release in dissemination of government information at the
information technology development secretary of garut resident’s, first:
planning that includes the development of the issue, determining the topic,
the audience, and the media. Second: the writing that include the stage
organizing message strategy and the stage message writing. Third: the
evaluation that includes a pre-distributed press releasetest the evaluation
pasca distributed press release.
In this research, The author gives suggestions that might be useful to
further enhance its capabilities and creativities in the writing process of
press releasewill be delivered to the public, and improve the quality of the
infrastructure
