  120425009 Pabrik asam oksalat ini direncanakan akan berproduksi dengan kapasitas 2.500 ton tahun (315.657 kg/jam) dan beroperasi selama 330 hari dalam setahun. Pabrik ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan Indonesia terhadap kebutuhan asam oksalat dan ditargetkan dapat mengimpor asam oksalat.

  

Tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk mengoperasikan pabrik sebanyak 141

orang. Bentuk badan usaha yang direncakan adalah Perseroan Terbatas dan bentuk

organisasinya adalah organisasi garis dan staff.

  

Lokasi pabrik yang direncanakan adalah di daerah Kuala Tanjung, Kabupaten

Batubara, Sumatera Utara dengan luas tanah yang dibutuhkan sebesar 8.774 m 2 untuk wilayah pabrik dan 2.000 m 2 untuk perumahan karyawan.

  Hasil analisa terhadap aspek ekonomi pabrik asam oksalat ini adalah:

  • Modal Inversatasi = Rp 170.468.165.821,-
  • Biaya Produksi Per Tahun = Rp 196.284.469.644,-
  • Harga Jual Produk Per tahun = Rp. 288.530.476.532,-
  • Laba Bersih Per Tahun = Rp. 60.205621.243,-
  • Profit Margin (PM) = 30,4 %
  • Break Even Point (BEP) = 28,3 %
  • Return on Investment (ROI) = 35,3 %
  • Pay Out Time (POT) = 2,83 tahun
  • Return on Network (RON) = 58,8 %
  • Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 46,59 %

    Dari hasil analisa aspek ekonomi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik pembuatan

    asam oksalat ini layak untuk didirikan.
