TOBA DESA SILALAHI KABUPATEN DAIRI

ABSTRAK

Penelitian Keanekaragaman Makrozoobentos Di Perairan Danau Toba
Desa Silalahi Kabupaten Dairi telah dilakukan untuk menganalisis
keanekaragaman makrozoobentos dan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara
faktor fisik-kimia perairan dengan keanekaragaman makrozoobentos di perairan
Danau Toba desa Silalahi Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
“Purposive Sampling” di lima lokasi yang berbeda berdasarkan aktivitas
masyarakat pada setiap lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian
diperoleh 17 genus makrozoobentos yang termasuk ke dalam 2 filum, 4 kelas, 6
ordo dan 12 famili. Nilai kepadatan tertinggi terdapat pada genus Thiara sebesar
30,86 ind/m² yang ditemukan pada stasiun 1 dan nilai kepadatan terendah pada
genus Notonecta sebesar 2,47 ind/m². Indeks keanekaragaman (H’) tertinggi
terdapat pada stasiun 3 sebesar 2,58 dan terendah pada stasiun 5 yaitu sebesar
1,92. Nilai indeks keseragaman (E) berkisar antara 0,92 - 0,95. Hasil analisis
korelasi menunjukkan suhu berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap indeks
keanekaragaman (H’) makrozoobentos.

DIVERSITY OF MACROZOOBENTOS IN SILALAHI VILLAGE
DISTRICT OF DAIRI TOBA LAKE WATERWAY

ABSTRACT

Research entitled Diversity of Macrozoobentos in Silalahi Village, District of
Dairi, Toba Lake Waterway has been done to analyze the diversity of
macrozoobentos and the relationship between the water physico-chemical factors
with diversity of macrozoobentos in Silalahi Village, District of Dairi, Toba Lake
Waterway. This study used Purposive Sampling method in five different locations
based on human activities at each study site. The research showed that there were
17 genera of macrozoobentos included into two phyla, 4 classes, 6 orders and 12
families. The highest density was showed from genus Thiara with value of 30.86
ind /m2 which were found at station 1 and the lowest density was showed from
genus Notonecta with value of 2.47 ind / m2. The highest Diversity index (H ')
was from station 3 with value of 2.58 while the lowest was from station 5 with
value of 1.92. Uniformity index value (E) ranged from 0.92 to 0.95. Results of

correlation analysis shows the temperature had very strong influence on diversity
index (H ') of macrozoobentos.
