ABSTRAK

Khusus Di SMA PGII 1 Bandung (Penelitian Terhadap Siswa Kelas Khusus
Di SMA PGII 1 BANDUNG Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil motivasi berprestasi pada
siswa kelas khusus dan implikasikannya terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif.
Populasi adalah siswa kelas khusus SMA PGII 1 Bandung tahun pelajaran
2014/2015. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara insidental dengan
jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 dari 164 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1)
Secara umum motivasi berprestasi siswa berada pada kategori sedang yang artinya
siswa cukup memiliki motivasi dalam mencapai prestasi belajar. 2) Layanan
bimbingan dan konseling dibuat berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian motivasi
berprestasi pada siswa kelas khusus. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah : 1)
Bagi guru BK dapat menggunakan layanan bimbingan konseling yang dibuat oleh
peneliti menjadi dasar acuan pembuatan program bimbingan konseling di sekolah
2) Bagi peneliti ini bisa menjadi dasar penelitian untuk mencari faktor lain yang
mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas khusus.

This study aimed to describe the profile of achievement motivation in
students special classes and implications for counseling services. The
study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The
population is a special class of high school students Bandung PGII 1
academic year 2014/2015. The sampling method performed incidental
to the total sample of 131 of the 164 students. The results showed 1)
Generally speaking student achievement motivation in middle category,
which means students have enough motivation in learning
achievement. 2) guidance and counseling services are based on the
achievement level of achievement motivation in students special
classes. Recommendations from this study are: 1) For BK teachers can
use the services of counseling made by researchers are the basis of
program development guidance and counseling in schools 2) For the
researchers this could be the basis of research to look for other factors
that affect student achievement motivation special class.
