ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER PADAPT. KML DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS
ABSTRAK
Industri percetakan di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2015
dari tahun sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data dari BPS Industri Pencetakan dan
Reproduksi Media Rekaman naik 4,60 persen. Kenaikan tersebut mengakibatkan
persaingan pada Industri Percetakan semakin tinggi di Bandung. Untuk bisa
menjalankan produksi nya perusahaan membutuhkan bahan baku yang
didatangkan dari supplier. Pemilihan supplier yang tepat dapat menurunkan biaya
pembelian dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk dapat memilih supplier kertas terbaik bagi PT. Karyamanunggal Lithomas.
Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan supplier adalah dengan
menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan penggunaan
kriterianya berdasarkan Vendor Performance Indikator (VPI) yaitu Kriteria Harga
dengan subkriterianya Diskon, Proses Pembayaran, Harga Bersaing. Kemudian
kriteria Kualitas dengan subkriterianya Standar dan Spesifikasi Produk, Kondisi
Packing. Selanjutnya kriteria Ketepatan Pengiriman dengan subkriterianya
Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman dan Ketepatan Quantitas Bahan Baku yang dikirim,
dan yang terakhir Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan subkriterianya Informasi Produk,
Respon Kepada Konsumen, dan Retur Penjualan. Semua kriteria tersebut
diterapkan pada 3 Supplier saat ini. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Supplier EKN
berada di peringkat pertama dengan nilai (0,432), Silver Chris di peringkat kedua
dengan nilai (0,303), dan Aneka Jaya di peringkat terakhir dengan nilai (0,265)

Printing Industry and Reproduction of Recorded Media increase by 4.60%. The
rising lead a competition of Printing Industry in Bandung more highly. To be able
for a company to run its production of course it needs a raw material imported
from a supplier. The selection of the right supplier can lower the purchase cost
and increase the competitiveness of the company. This research aims to be able to
choose the best quality supplier for the PT. Karyamanunggal Lithomas. One of the
methods that used in the selection of the supplier is Analytical Hierarchy Process
(AHP) with the criteria based on Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI), namely the
criteria of price with the sub-criteria is discounts, payment process, competitive
price. Then the criteria of Quality with the sub-criteria standards and product
specifications, conditions of Packing. The next criteria is Delivery Accuracy with
sub-criteria on time delivery and quantity accuracy of raw materials delivered, and
the final is Customer Satisfaction with the sub-criteria product information,
response to consumers, and sales returns. All these criteria are applied to the 3
current Supplier. The results show that the Supplier EKN having the highest
ratings with (0.432), then the 2nd is Silver Chris with (0.303) and the 3rd is Aneka
Jaya with (0.265).
