“Hubungan Overweight dengan Status Mental Emosional Anak”
Saya, Pepita Nesi Ginting, mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sumatera
Utara semester VII, sedang melaksanakan penelitian dengan judul “Hubungan
Overweight dengan Status Mental Emosional Anak”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
untuk mengetahui keadaan indeks massa tubuh overweight dengan keadaan status mental emosional anak.
Untuk kepentingan pengumpulan data penelitian ini, saya mohon kesediaan responden untuk dilakukan pengukuran berat badan dengan timbangan,
tinggi badan dengan alat stadiometer, dan penilaian status mental emosional
dengan pengisian kuesioner.Setelah memahami hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, saya mengharapkan Anda dapat mengisi lembaran persetujuan dan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini.
