Target of research with title perspective fourth influence
balanced scorecard to Seka Swalayan Sragen performance is to
know how far influence of financial, customer, inten

process, learning and growth by parsial and simultan have an
effect to organizational performance. Responden is research 40
persons.
Result of research with method of regresi linear with
computer program of SPSS windows for 12.0 indicating that
financial, customer, internal business process have positive
influence and significant to organizational performance while

r ing and growth have negative influence and significant to
organizatbnal performance. Then by simultan and partial the
factors have influence of significant to organizational performance
and dominant influence is internal business process,
