Abstrack
This research was trying to analyze website in hospitality industry.
Therefore, Novotel Hotel Lampung was taken as site of this research. SERVQUAL was
used to analyze. So, the Tangibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and

Reliability were deep investigated. The dimension of tangibility was the best followed by
Empathy, Responsiveness was quite good at and Assurance was not good Finally the
Reliability was not good enough. Findings suggested that the website of Novotel Hotel
Lampung must pay attention on the assurance that information and price stated in the
site was still not in up to date yet. Secondly, Assurance was still needed to enhance. In
other words, information and discounted price stated in the website must be in
accordance. Besides, means of giving complaint must be added, so the Hotel can proceed
the complaints and the handled properly.
