ABSTRACT
This article is trying to describe how dynamics of small and medium
enterprises in Indonesia in a brief and discussing about SME’s financial and
empowerment effort from both of public and private sector. Important thing
founded is there still differences in defining SME,s among sector even from
academic or researcher, overlapping between owner and target program both in
program and financial, and the most important is the lack of information
between them. Finally, by same understanding and assumption and of course
good coordination would help SME’s development in the same direction and
precise goals.
