Analisis Pengaruh Efisiensi Modal Kerja, Leverage, Umur Perusahaan dan Family Control Terhadap Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

ABSTRAK
ANALISIS PENGARUH EFISIENSI MODAL KERJA, LEVERAGE,
UMUR PERUSAHAAN DAN FAMILY CONTROL
TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN
MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR
DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh efisiensi
modal kerja, leverage, umur perusahaan, dan family control terhadap perusahaan
manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan setelah
melewati tahap pemilihan sampel dengan metode populasi sasaran dengan jumlah
subjek penelitian sebanyak 103 (seratus tiga) perusahaan. Data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini berasal dari laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan perusahaan
yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website resmi masing-masing
perusahaan selama periode 2014. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier
berganda dengan nilai signifikansi α = 5% (0,05).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan efisiensi modal
kerja, leverage, umur perusahaan dan family control berpengaruh terhadap
profitabilitas. Secara parsial variabel leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan
terhadap profitabilitas, variabel efisiensi modal kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif

dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilias, variabel umur perusahaan memiliki
pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel
family control memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap
profitabilitas.

ABSTRACT
ANALYSIS IMPACT OF WORKING CAPITAL EFFICIENCY,
LEVERAGE, FIRM AGE AND FAMILY CONTROL ON
PROFITABILITY OF LISTED MANUFACTURING
COMPANIES IN INDONESIAN
STOCK EXCHANGE
The aim of this study was to identify the influence of the efficiency of
working capital, leverage, firm age, and family control of the companies listed in
the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this research are manufacturing
companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, after passed the target population

method, number of research subjects are 103 (one hundred and three) companies.
The data that is used at this research was taken from the company's annual
financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official
website of each company during 2014th. The hypothesis of this research analyzed
by descriptive statistical method and multiple linear regression method with
significance value α = 5% (0.05).
The result of this research that simultaneously, the influence efficiency of
working capital, leverage, firm age and family control are significant towards
profitability. Partially, leverage has negatively and significant towards
profitability, efficiency of working capital has a negatively and not significant
towards profitability, firm age has a positively and not significant towards
profitability, while the family control has a negatively and not significant towards
profitability.
