ABSTRAK
Sumatera Utara merupakan salah satu propinsi yang besar terdapat beberapah
kota-kota besar. Oleh sebab itu kondisi ini dibangun kantor besar Direktorat Jenderal
Pajak yang terletak dikota Medan dimana kantor ini dibagi menjadi 2 wilayah yaitu
Sumatera Utara I yang terletak dijalan Suka Mulia Medan dan kantor wilayah
Sumatera Utara II di Siantar dan kota kota kecil lainnya. Penantuan rute terpendek
merupakan aspek penting dalam menentukan jarak optimal dalam tujuan perjalanan
dinas petugas pajak dipropinsi Sumatera Utara khususnya di kota Medan. Sistem
Informasi Geografis dapat dijadikan solusi untuk masalah ini yaitu menentukan
dimana letak posisi kantor yang akan dituju oleh setiap pegawai yang mendapatkan
perjalanan dinas. Pada penelitian ini juga dirancang sistem yang dapat membantu
perjalanan dinas dalam penyampaian informasi perjalanan dinas kepada setiap
pegawai secara langsung dan efisien. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian sistem ini
adalah proses penyampaian informasi perjalanan dinas dan lintasan terpendek.
Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma djikstra untuk
mencari letak lokasi atau rute terpendek yang akan dilalui oleh pegawai. Sistem dapat
menampilkan semua informasi perjalanan dinas melalui handphone secara detail dan
juga dapat mnggambarkan rute yang mendekati rute sesungguhnya seperti
persimpangan yang dilalui dan pajang jalan sebagai nilai bobot suatu graf yang akan
dilalui oleh pegawai. Sistem ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pegawai untuk menentukan
perjalanan secara optimal dengan menentukan alamat awal dan alamat yang dituju.

ABSTRACT
North Sumatera is one of the major province which comprises of the big cities. The
fore, this condition was built by large office of the Directorate Genderal of Taxation
which is located in Medan city where the office is divided into regions, namely North
Sumatera I which is located in Suka Mulia street Medan and North Sumatera II in
Siantar, and other small cities. Determining the shortest route is in important aspect in
determining the optimal distance in the business travel destinationin this province of
North Sumatera especially in this Medan city. Geographic Information system can be
the solution to this problem, that is to determine where the position of the office that
will be addressed by every employee who get the business travel. In this study also
designed a system that can help business travel in delivering information to every
employee directly and efficiency. The fruition from the testing of this system is the
process of delivering information business travel and the shortest parth. The algorithm
which is used in this study using the algorithm djikstra in finding the location or the
shortest route will be passed by the employee. The system can display all of business
travel information via mobile phone in details and also can describe the route which is
close to the actual route like the intersection on which is passed and long road as the
weight value of a graph that will be passed by the employee to determine the optimal
travel with determine the first address and the destination address.
