Banyak hal telah dicapai oleh Bank Jabar Banten dalam
beberapa tahun terakhir ini, dalam perjalanannya
mencapai visi sebagai ‘10 bank terbesar dan berkinerja
baik di Indonesia’. Di tahun 2009, langkah-langkah ini
membuahkan perubahan dan perbaikan yang signifikan
pada berbagai aspek keberadaan Bank – bagaimana Bank
memposisikan diri di pasarnya, membangun citra positif di
kalangan stakeholder, dan mempersiapkan infrastruktur
bagi pertumbuhan lebih lanjut. Di akhir tahun, Bank Jabar
Banten berada pada posisi strategis untuk melangkah maju
ke tataran pertumbuhan yang lebih tinggi.
Bank Jabar Banten has progressed much in the last couple of years,
along the path to accomplish its vision to be ‘one of the 10 largest
banks with high performance in Indonesia’. In the year 2009, this
journey involves significant shifts or changes in various aspects of
the Bank’s existence – how it positions itself in the market, how it
creates a positive image to the stakeholders, and how it prepares the
infrastucture for further growth. By year-end, Bank Jabar Banten is
strategically positioned to move forward into the next level of growth.

Memperluas Jangkauan
Extending Reach
Pada tahun 2009, Bank Jabar Banten terus memperluas jangkauan dengan membuka
kantor-kantor cabang dan outlet pelayanan baru, baik untuk memperkuat keberadaannya
di sentra-sentra pertumbuhan ekonomi yang telah ada, maupun untuk menangkap
peluang di area-area pertumbuhan baru, termasuk di luar propinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten.
Pada saat yang sama, jalur-jalur distribusi juga terus diperkuat antara lain melalui perluasan
jaringan ATM.
In 2009, Bank Jabar Banten continued to extend its reach by opening new branch offices and service outlets, both
to strengthen its existence in established centers of economic growth, as well as to capture business opportunities
in untapped areas of growth, including those outside the provinces of West Java and Banten. At the same time, the
Bank also continue to expand its distribution channels, including through the expansion of its ATM network.

Corporation in Brief

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, yang
dikenal dengan nama Bank Jabar Banten, adalah bank umum milik
bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Pemerintah Provinsi
Banten beserta pemerintah kota/kabupaten se-Jawa Barat dan
Banten. Cikal-bakal Bank Jabar Banten bermula dari NV DENIS (De
Erste Nederlansche Indische Shareholding), yang berkedudukan di
Bandung dan bergerak di bidang hipotek serta merupakan salah satu
perusahaan milik Belanda yang dinasionalisasi berdasarkan Peraturan
Pemerintah(PP)RepublikIndonesia(RI)Nomor33Tahun1960tentang
PenentuanPerusahaandiIndonesiaMilikBelandayangdinasionalisasi.
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten known as Bank
Jabar Banten is jointly owned by the Provincial Government of West
Java, Banten and other city administrations/regencies throughout West
Java and Banten provinces. Bank Jabar Banten was originated from NV
DENIS (De Indische Erste Nederlansche shareholding) in Bandung and
was one of the Dutch-owned companies engaged in mortgages and was
nationalized under government regulation No. 33 in 1960 on the status
of former Dutch companies in Indonesia.
Sebagai tindak lanjut dari peraturan tersebut, Pemerintah Provinsi
Jawa Barat mendirikan PT Bank Karya Pembangunan bermodal dasar
dari kas daerah sebesar Rp 2.500.000, dengan Akta Notaris Noezar
Nomor 152 Tanggal 21 Maret 1961 dan Nomor 184 Tanggal 13 Mei
1961 serta dikukuhkan dengan Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur
Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 7/GKDH/BPD/61 tertanggal 20 Mei
1961. Untuk menyempurnakan kedudukan hukum Bank Karya
Pembangunan Daerah Jabar, dikeluarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda)
Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 11/PDDPRD/ 72 Tanggal 27 Juni 1972
tentang Kedudukan Hukum Bank Karya Pembangunan Daerah Jawa
Barat sebagai perusahaan daerah (PD) yang bergerak dalam bidang
perbankan. Pada perkembangan selanjutnya, nama PD Bank Karya
Pembangunan Daerah Jabar diubah menjadi BPD Jabar melalui Perda
Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 1/DP-040/PD/1978 Tanggal 27 Juni 1978.
Following this regulation, PT Bank Karya Pembangunan was established
by the provincial government of West Java with authorized capital of Rp
2,500,000, under notary deed of Noezar number 152 dated March 21st,
1961 and No. 184 dated May 13th, 1961 and was further ratified by
West Java governor the decree (SK) number 7/GKDH/BPD/61 dated May
20 th, 1961. To strengthen the legal base of Bank Karya Pembangunan
Daerah Jabar, a decree of Perda West Java Province, number 11/PDDPRD/72 dated: June 27 th, 1972, was issued regarding the legal status
of Bank Karya Pembangunan Daerah Jabar as a provincially owned bank
(PD). Further, under the West Java province decree number 1/DP-040/
PD/1978 dated June 27 th, 1978; PD Bank Karya Pembangunan Daerah
Jabar was renamed BPD Jabar.
Seiringdenganmeningkatnyaaktivitasdankebutuhannasabah,maka
pada tahun 1992 status BPD Jabar ditingkatkan menjadi bank umum
devisaberdasarkanSKDireksiBankIndonesia(BI)Nomor25/84/KEP/DIR
Tanggal 2 November 1992. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Perda Nomor 11
Tahun1995,bankinimempunyaisebutanBankJabardenganlogobaru.
Mengikuti perkembangan perekonomian dan perbankan, berdasarkan
Perda Nomor 22 Tahun 1998 dan Akta Pendirian Nomor 4 Tanggal 8

status of BPD Jabar was upgraded to a foreign exchange commercial
bank as per central bank decree number 25/84/KEP/DIR dated November
2nd, 1992. Furthermore, in accordance with provincial regulation
(Perda) number 11 of 1995, BPD Jabar was authorized to rename itself
into Bank Jabar and carry a new logo. Keeping abreast of economic
and banking developments, based on the following Perda number 22,

telahdisahkanolehMenteriKehakimanRIpadatanggal16April1999,
bentukhukumBankJabardiubahdariPDmenjadiperseroanterbatas(PT).
1998, Incorporation Act number 4 dated April 8th, 1999 as well as the
Amendment Act Number 8 dated April 15th, 1999 the legal status of
Bank Jabar was altered from PD to a limited liability company (PT). And
this alteration was ratified by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of
Indonesia on April 16th, 1999
Untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat akan jasa layanan
perbankan yang berlandaskan syariah, sesuai dengan izin BI
Nomor 2/18/ DpG/DPIP Tanggal 12 April 2000, sejak tanggal 15
April 2000, Bank Jabar menjadi BPD pertama di Indonesia yang
menjalankan dual banking system, yaitu memberikan layanan
perbankan dengan sistem konvensional dan sistem syariah.
In response to the growing public need for sharia banking services and
in conformity with Bank Indonesia license number 2/18/ DpG/DPIP dated
April 12th, 2000, since April 15th, 2000 Bank Jabar became the first
provincial bank in Indonesia to provide a dual banking system, both
conventional and sharia system banking.
Hasil rapat umum pemegang saham (RUPS) tanggal 16 April 2001
menyetujui peningkatan modal dasar Bank Jabar menjadi Rp 1 triliun
agar dapat lebih leluasa melaksanakan ekspansi usaha. Selanjutnya,
berdasarkanhasilkeputusanRUPSyangdiselenggarakanpadatanggal
14 April 2004 dengan Akta Nomor 10 Tanggal 14 April 2004, modal
dasar Bank Jabar dinaikkan dari Rp 1 triliun menjadi Rp 2 triliun.
Melihat perkembangan prospek usaha yang terus membaik, hasil
RUPS tanggal 5 April 2006 menetapkan kenaikan modal dasar Bank
Jabar dari Rp 2 triliun menjadi Rp 4 triliun. Pada bulan November
2007, menyusul dikeluarkannya SK Gubernur BI Nomor 9/63/
kep.gbi/2007 tentang Perubahan Izin Usaha Atas Nama PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat Menjadi Izin Usaha Atas Nama
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, dilaksanakan
penggantian nama sebutan Bank Jabar menjadi Bank Jabar Banten.
The Shareholders meeting (RUPS) dated April 16th, 2001 approved an
increase of authorized capital to Rp 1 trillion to enable a higher flexibility
in business expansion. Three years later, based on the Shareholders’
meeting on April 14th, 2004 and by the Act number 10th dated April
14, 2004, the authorized capital of Bank Jabar was again increased from
Rp 1 trillion to Rp 2 trillion. Taking the Bank’s continuous growth and
improved business prospects into account, the Shareholders’ general
meeting on April 5th, 2006 decided to double the authorized capital of
Bank Jabar from Rp 2 trillion to Rp 4 trillion. In November 2007, following
the issuance of Bank Indonesia decree number 9/63/ kep.gbi/2007 the
name of Bank Jabar was changed into Bank Jabar Banten, as stipulated
in the approval of business license amendment.

Assalamu’alaikumwarahmatullahiwabarakatuh,
Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Kondisiperekonomianglobalmaupunmakrodomestikdi
Indonesiapadatahun2009beradapadatrenyangpositif
danjauhlebihbaikdibandingkondisipadasemesterke
duatahun2008.Meskipungejolakperekonomianglobal
belum sepenuhnya usai, Indonesia telah mencatatkan
pertumbuhanekonomisebesar4,3%ditahun2009;suatu
prestasi yang sangat membanggakan mengingat tidak
banyaknegarayangberhasilmencatatkanpertumbuhan
ekonomi yang positif di tahun tersebut. Bersama inlasi
yang terjaga serta nilai tukar yang stabil, fundamental
ekonomi Indonesia menjadi kondusif berusaha dan
berdagang, tidak terkecuali dalam bisnis perbankan.
Indikator-indikatorperbankanditahun2009menunjukkan
perkembangan yang positif baik pada sisi pemberian
kreditmaupunpenggalangandana.Ekspansiperbankan
tersebut berjalan dengan baik karena diimbangi oleh
NPL yang masih rendah (3,31%) serta rasio kecukupan
permodalan(CAR)yangmencukupi(17,42%).
In 2009,the conditions of global economies and the
Indonesian domestic macro economy have shown an
upward trend and were much better compared to
those in the second half of 2008. Despite the lingering
impacts from the global economic turmoil, Indonesia’s
economy recorded a growth of 4.3% in 2009; a quite
remarkable achievement given the fact that many other
economies in the world experienced a contraction in
that year. Along with a manageable inflation rate and
stable exchange rates, Indonesia’s economy proved to
be conducive to business and trade activities, including
the banking industry. Indicators in the banking sector in
2009 showed positive developments and growth in terms
of loan disbursement as well as fund raising. Expansion
in lending and funding was balanced by a relatively low
non-performing loan (NPL) rate (3.31%) and sufficiently
strong Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 17.42%.
Kondisi yang kondusif tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh
Bank Jabar Banten untuk berupaya lebih keras untuk
meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal ini tercermin dari
digulirkannya berbagai strategi yang menunjang
kegiatan perbankan dalam rangka meraih sasaran yang
ingin dicapai. Strategi-strategi yang telah dilaksanakan
diantaranyaadalah16(enambelas)butirterkaitKebijakan
UmumManajemen,6(enam)butirterkaitKebijakanBisnis
BankdiBidangBisnisdanJasa,KebijakanBisnisBankdi
BidangKredit,2(dua)butirterkaitKebijakanBisnisBank
di Bidang Treasury, dan 7 (tujuh) butir terkait Kebijakan
BisnisBankdiBidangPenunjang.
Taking advantage of the conducive condition, Bank Jabar
Banten took extra efforts to improve its performance.
A variety of strategies and policies in support of its
banking operations were set in place and implemented
towards the desired business objectives. Among these
are 16 (sixteen) policies concerning General Policies of
Management; 6 (six) policies concerning Banks Policies in
Business, Services and Loans; 2 (two) policies concerning
Bank Policies in Treasury; and 7 (seven) policies concerning
Bank Policies on Support Functions.
Dalam prakteknya, strategi dan kebijakan yang telah
diambil berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan.
Pelaksanaan manajemen perbankan yang dilandasi
dengansikapyang‘prudent’denganmempertimbangkan
adanyarisikousahatelahmenyebabkankinerjaBankJabar
Banten di tahun 2009 sangat baik. Hasil pemeriksaan
Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantoko, Sarwoko, dan
Sandjaja (Ernst & Young) atas laporan keuangan Bank
Jabar Banten Tahun Buku 2009, menyatakan Pendapat
Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian dalam semua hal yang
material sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku
umum di Indonesia. Selain itu, berdasarkan surat Bank
Indonesia Nomor 12/11/BD/Rahasia tanggal 21 Januari
2010,perihalPembinaanTerhadapBank,menilaitingkat
kesehatanbankberdasarkanfaktorCAMELadalah‘Baik’
denganPeringkatKomposit2.
Implementations of those strategies and policies have
been conducted properly and have shown the expected
results. The implementation of banking operations on the
basis of prudent banking principle with due considerations
of business risks had resulted in excellent performance by
Bank Jabar Banten in 2009. The audit on the Financial
Statements of Bank Jabar Banten for the fiscal year of
2009 by Purwantoko, Sarwoko & Sandjaja (Ernst &
Young) Public Accountant Firm has given a Fair Opinion in
all material aspects in accordance with generally accepted

Pada tahun 2009, Bank Jabar Banten terus memperluas jangkauan dengan membuka
kantor-kantor cabang dan outlet pelayanan baru, baik untuk memperkuat keberadaannya
di sentra-sentra pertumbuhan ekonomi yang telah ada, maupun untuk menangkap
peluang di area-area pertumbuhan baru, termasuk di luar propinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten.
Pada saat yang sama, jalur-jalur distribusi juga terus diperkuat antara lain melalui perluasan
jaringan ATM.
In 2009, Bank Jabar Banten continued to extend its reach by opening new branch offices and service outlets, both
to strengthen its existence in established centers of economic growth, as well as to capture business opportunities
in untapped areas of growth, including those outside the provinces of West Java and Banten. At the same time, the

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, yang
dikenal dengan nama Bank Jabar Banten, adalah bank umum milik
bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Pemerintah Provinsi
Banten beserta pemerintah kota/kabupaten se-Jawa Barat dan
Banten. Cikal-bakal Bank Jabar Banten bermula dari NV DENIS (De
Erste Nederlansche Indische Shareholding), yang berkedudukan di
Bandung dan bergerak di bidang hipotek serta merupakan salah satu
perusahaan milik Belanda yang dinasionalisasi berdasarkan Peraturan
Pemerintah(PP)RepublikIndonesia(RI)Nomor33Tahun1960tentang
PenentuanPerusahaandiIndonesiaMilikBelandayangdinasionalisasi.
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten known as Bank
Jabar Banten is jointly owned by the Provincial Government of West
Java, Banten and other city administrations/regencies throughout West
Java and Banten provinces. Bank Jabar Banten was originated from NV
DENIS (De Indische Erste Nederlansche shareholding) in Bandung and
was one of the Dutch-owned companies engaged in mortgages and was
nationalized under government regulation No. 33 in 1960 on the status
of former Dutch companies in Indonesia.
Sebagai tindak lanjut dari peraturan tersebut, Pemerintah Provinsi
Jawa Barat mendirikan PT Bank Karya Pembangunan bermodal dasar
dari kas daerah sebesar Rp 2.500.000, dengan Akta Notaris Noezar
Nomor 152 Tanggal 21 Maret 1961 dan Nomor 184 Tanggal 13 Mei
1961 serta dikukuhkan dengan Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur
Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 7/GKDH/BPD/61 tertanggal 20 Mei
1961. Untuk menyempurnakan kedudukan hukum Bank Karya
Pembangunan Daerah Jabar, dikeluarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda)
Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 11/PDDPRD/ 72 Tanggal 27 Juni 1972
tentang Kedudukan Hukum Bank Karya Pembangunan Daerah Jawa
Barat sebagai perusahaan daerah (PD) yang bergerak dalam bidang
perbankan. Pada perkembangan selanjutnya, nama PD Bank Karya
Pembangunan Daerah Jabar diubah menjadi BPD Jabar melalui Perda
Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 1/DP-040/PD/1978 Tanggal 27 Juni 1978.
Following this regulation, PT Bank Karya Pembangunan was established
by the provincial government of West Java with authorized capital of Rp
2,500,000, under notary deed of Noezar number 152 dated March 21st,
1961 and No. 184 dated May 13th, 1961 and was further ratified by
West Java governor the decree (SK) number 7/GKDH/BPD/61 dated May
20 th, 1961. To strengthen the legal base of Bank Karya Pembangunan
Daerah Jabar, a decree of Perda West Java Province, number 11/PDDPRD/72 dated: June 27 th, 1972, was issued regarding the legal status
of Bank Karya Pembangunan Daerah Jabar as a provincially owned bank
(PD). Further, under the West Java province decree number 1/DP-040/
PD/1978 dated June 27 th, 1978; PD Bank Karya Pembangunan Daerah
Jabar was renamed BPD Jabar.
Seiringdenganmeningkatnyaaktivitasdankebutuhannasabah,maka
pada tahun 1992 status BPD Jabar ditingkatkan menjadi bank umum
devisaberdasarkanSKDireksiBankIndonesia(BI)Nomor25/84/KEP/DIR
Tanggal 2 November 1992. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Perda Nomor 11
Tahun1995,bankinimempunyaisebutanBankJabardenganlogobaru.
Mengikuti perkembangan perekonomian dan perbankan, berdasarkan
Perda Nomor 22 Tahun 1998 dan Akta Pendirian Nomor 4 Tanggal 8

1998, Incorporation Act number 4 dated April 8th, 1999 as well as the
Amendment Act Number 8 dated April 15th, 1999 the legal status of
Bank Jabar was altered from PD to a limited liability company (PT). And
this alteration was ratified by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of
Indonesia on April 16th, 1999
Untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat akan jasa layanan
perbankan yang berlandaskan syariah, sesuai dengan izin BI
Nomor 2/18/ DpG/DPIP Tanggal 12 April 2000, sejak tanggal 15
April 2000, Bank Jabar menjadi BPD pertama di Indonesia yang
menjalankan dual banking system, yaitu memberikan layanan
perbankan dengan sistem konvensional dan sistem syariah.
In response to the growing public need for sharia banking services and
in conformity with Bank Indonesia license number 2/18/ DpG/DPIP dated
April 12th, 2000, since April 15th, 2000 Bank Jabar became the first
provincial bank in Indonesia to provide a dual banking system, both
conventional and sharia system banking.
Hasil rapat umum pemegang saham (RUPS) tanggal 16 April 2001
menyetujui peningkatan modal dasar Bank Jabar menjadi Rp 1 triliun
agar dapat lebih leluasa melaksanakan ekspansi usaha. Selanjutnya,
berdasarkanhasilkeputusanRUPSyangdiselenggarakanpadatanggal
14 April 2004 dengan Akta Nomor 10 Tanggal 14 April 2004, modal
dasar Bank Jabar dinaikkan dari Rp 1 triliun menjadi Rp 2 triliun.
Melihat perkembangan prospek usaha yang terus membaik, hasil
RUPS tanggal 5 April 2006 menetapkan kenaikan modal dasar Bank
Jabar dari Rp 2 triliun menjadi Rp 4 triliun. Pada bulan November
2007, menyusul dikeluarkannya SK Gubernur BI Nomor 9/63/
kep.gbi/2007 tentang Perubahan Izin Usaha Atas Nama PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat Menjadi Izin Usaha Atas Nama
PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, dilaksanakan
penggantian nama sebutan Bank Jabar menjadi Bank Jabar Banten.
The Shareholders meeting (RUPS) dated April 16th, 2001 approved an
increase of authorized capital to Rp 1 trillion to enable a higher flexibility
in business expansion. Three years later, based on the Shareholders’
meeting on April 14th, 2004 and by the Act number 10th dated April
14, 2004, the authorized capital of Bank Jabar was again increased from
Rp 1 trillion to Rp 2 trillion. Taking the Bank’s continuous growth and
improved business prospects into account, the Shareholders’ general
meeting on April 5th, 2006 decided to double the authorized capital of
Bank Jabar from Rp 2 trillion to Rp 4 trillion. In November 2007, following
the issuance of Bank Indonesia decree number 9/63/ kep.gbi/2007 the
name of Bank Jabar was changed into Bank Jabar Banten, as stipulated
in the approval of business license amendment.

Assalamu’alaikumwarahmatullahiwabarakatuh,
Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Kondisiperekonomianglobalmaupunmakrodomestikdi
Indonesiapadatahun2009beradapadatrenyangpositif
danjauhlebihbaikdibandingkondisipadasemesterke
duatahun2008.Meskipungejolakperekonomianglobal
belum sepenuhnya usai, Indonesia telah mencatatkan
pertumbuhanekonomisebesar4,3%ditahun2009;suatu
prestasi yang sangat membanggakan mengingat tidak
banyaknegarayangberhasilmencatatkanpertumbuhan
ekonomi yang positif di tahun tersebut. Bersama inlasi
yang terjaga serta nilai tukar yang stabil, fundamental
ekonomi Indonesia menjadi kondusif berusaha dan
berdagang, tidak terkecuali dalam bisnis perbankan.
Indikator-indikatorperbankanditahun2009menunjukkan
perkembangan yang positif baik pada sisi pemberian
kreditmaupunpenggalangandana.Ekspansiperbankan
tersebut berjalan dengan baik karena diimbangi oleh
NPL yang masih rendah (3,31%) serta rasio kecukupan
permodalan(CAR)yangmencukupi(17,42%).
In 2009,the conditions of global economies and the
Indonesian domestic macro economy have shown an
upward trend and were much better compared to
those in the second half of 2008. Despite the lingering
impacts from the global economic turmoil, Indonesia’s
economy recorded a growth of 4.3% in 2009; a quite
remarkable achievement given the fact that many other
economies in the world experienced a contraction in
that year. Along with a manageable inflation rate and
stable exchange rates, Indonesia’s economy proved to
be conducive to business and trade activities, including
the banking industry. Indicators in the banking sector in
2009 showed positive developments and growth in terms
of loan disbursement as well as fund raising. Expansion
in lending and funding was balanced by a relatively low
non-performing loan (NPL) rate (3.31%) and sufficiently
strong Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 17.42%.
Kondisi yang kondusif tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh
Bank Jabar Banten untuk berupaya lebih keras untuk
meningkatkan kinerjanya. Hal ini tercermin dari
digulirkannya berbagai strategi yang menunjang
kegiatan perbankan dalam rangka meraih sasaran yang
ingin dicapai. Strategi-strategi yang telah dilaksanakan
diantaranyaadalah16(enambelas)butirterkaitKebijakan
UmumManajemen,6(enam)butirterkaitKebijakanBisnis
BankdiBidangBisnisdanJasa,KebijakanBisnisBankdi
BidangKredit,2(dua)butirterkaitKebijakanBisnisBank
di Bidang Treasury, dan 7 (tujuh) butir terkait Kebijakan
BisnisBankdiBidangPenunjang.
Taking advantage of the conducive condition, Bank Jabar
Banten took extra efforts to improve its performance.
A variety of strategies and policies in support of its
banking operations were set in place and implemented
towards the desired business objectives. Among these
are 16 (sixteen) policies concerning General Policies of
Management; 6 (six) policies concerning Banks Policies in
Business, Services and Loans; 2 (two) policies concerning
Bank Policies in Treasury; and 7 (seven) policies concerning
Bank Policies on Support Functions.
Dalam prakteknya, strategi dan kebijakan yang telah
diambil berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan.
Pelaksanaan manajemen perbankan yang dilandasi
dengansikapyang‘prudent’denganmempertimbangkan
adanyarisikousahatelahmenyebabkankinerjaBankJabar
Banten di tahun 2009 sangat baik. Hasil pemeriksaan
Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantoko, Sarwoko, dan
Sandjaja (Ernst & Young) atas laporan keuangan Bank
Jabar Banten Tahun Buku 2009, menyatakan Pendapat
Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian dalam semua hal yang
material sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku
umum di Indonesia. Selain itu, berdasarkan surat Bank
Indonesia Nomor 12/11/BD/Rahasia tanggal 21 Januari

Implementations of those strategies and policies have
been conducted properly and have shown the expected
results. The implementation of banking operations on the
basis of prudent banking principle with due considerations
of business risks had resulted in excellent performance by
Bank Jabar Banten in 2009. The audit on the Financial
Statements of Bank Jabar Banten for the fiscal year of
2009 by Purwantoko, Sarwoko & Sandjaja (Ernst &
Young) Public Accountant Firm has given a Fair Opinion in
all material aspects in accordance with generally accepted
accounting principles in Indonesia. Furthermore, based on
the Letter of Bank Indonesia No. 12/11/BD/Rahasia dated
21 January 2010 on Bank Monitoring, Bank Jabar Banten
was given a CAMEL assessment within the category of
“Good” with a composite rating of 2.
