Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif yang signifikan
antara Academic Self-Efficacy dengan kematangan karir pada mahasiswa Psikologi UKSW.
Hipotesis dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan yang positif signifikan antara ASE
dengan kematangan karir pada mahasiswa Psikologi UKSW. Jumlah populasi dalam
penelitian ini yakni 738 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel 80 mahasiswa. Pengambilan
sampel yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling. Variabel academic self efficacy diambil
dengan menggunakan angket Skala likert, sedangkan kematangan karir menggunakan angket
career development inventory. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisa korelasi
product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif signifikan
antara academic self efficacy dengan kematangan karir pada mahasiswa psikologi UKSW.
Hasil uji menunjukan r = 0,551 dengan p < 0,05.

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant positive correlation between
academic self-efficacy and career maturity in Psychology student at Satya Wacana Christian
University. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant positive correlation
between academic self-efficacy and career maturity in Psychology student at Satya Wacana
Christian University. In total there are 738 Psychology students and 80Psychology students
were participate in this study using accidental sampling method. Variable academic selfefficacy were collected using academic self-efficacy by Herdianti and variable career
maturity were collected using career development inventory modified by Trisya. Data were
analyzed using correlation product moment. The result shows r = 0,551 dengan p < 0,05
which means there is significant positive correlation betweenacademic self-efficacy and
career maturity in Psychology student at Satya Wacana Christian University.
