Prediksi Pendapatan Perusahaan Menggunakan Metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (Anfis)
ABSTRAK
Pertumbuhan omset (pendapatan) merupakan salah satu ukuran keberhasilan sebuah
perusahaan yang harus dipantau. Sebuah perusahaan tentu mengharapkan terdapat
pertumbuhan pendapatan setiap tahun yang dicanangkan dalam target pendapatan.
Dalam waktu tertentu jumlah penerimaan pendapatan akan semakin meningkat dan
dalam situasi yang lain akan terjadi sebaliknya. Untuk itu perlu adanya proyeksi atau
peramalan terhadap jumlah penerimaan pendapatan untuk tahun selanjutnya.
Peramalan atau yang sering disebut dengan forecasting adalah satu bagian yang harus
dipertimbangkan untuk membuat perencanaan. Dalam tugas akhir ini digunakan
metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) untuk memprediksi
pendapatan perusahaan berdasarkan data-data pendapatan sebelumnya. ANFIS adalah
salah satu sistem hybrid dimana metode pembelajaran jaringan syaraf tiruan
digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy Inference System. Pengukuran
tingkat akurasi hasil prediksi dilakukan dengan nilai MAPE (Mean Absolute
Percentage Error). Hasil prediksi yang dilakukan menggunakan ANFIS dengan
parameter laju penbelajaran 0.2, momentum 0.1, dan max epoch 400 pada pendapatan
perusahaan Breakdown Apparell periode 1 Januari 2011 sampai dengan 31 Desember
2013.

Abstract
The growth of turnover (revenue) is one measure of the success of a company that
should be monitored. A company certainly expects revenue growth every year there
are envisioned in the revenue targets. Within a certain amount of receipt of income
will increase and in other situations would occur otherwise. For that we need a
projection or forecast of the amount of receipt of income for the next year. Forecasting
or forecasting is often referred to as one part that should be considered for planning. In
this thesis used the method of Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to
predict the company revenue data based on previous earnings. ANFIS is a hybrid
system in which one neural network learning methods are used to implement the
Fuzzy Inference System. Measuring the level of accuracy of the predictions made by
the value of MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The results of prediction were
performed using ANFIS with learning rate parameter 0.2, momentum 0.1, and max
epoch 400 on corporate earnings Breakdown apparell period January 1, 2011 until
December 31, 2013.
