viii INTISARI Hubungan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan Perubahan Berat Badan Ibu dalam Tiga Bulan Post Partum Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang Riska Dwi Rohmiwati 1 , Ainur Rofieq 2 , Ririn Harini 3 Latar belakang : Penurunan berat badan ibu setelah melahirkan adalah hal yang sulit terutama pada daerah 3p paha, pinggul dan pantat. Menyusui merupakan salah satu cara untuk menurunkan berat badan ibu setelah melahirkan, karena dengan menyususi cadangan lemak dalam tubuh ibu yang memang disiapkan sebagai sumber energi selama kehamilan akan digunakan sebagai energi pembentuk ASI. Akibatnya, cadangan lemak tersebut akan menyusut, sehingga penurunan berat badan ibu akan terjadi lebih cepat. Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian observasi analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 ibu dalam tiga bulan post partum di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Dengan variabel independen adalah pemberian ASI eksklusif. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan uji Chie Square dengan taraf signifikasi 0,01. Hasil : Dari Chie Square didapatkan hasil P0,01 maka H o ditolak. Pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan nilai p 0,01, maka pemberian ASI eksklusif berhubungan dengan penurunan berat badan ibu dalam tiga bulan post patum. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara penberian ASI eksklusif dengan perubahan berat badan ibu dalam tiga bulan post partum di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo Malang. Dari pola menyusui ada hubungan antara lama menyusui dengan penurunan berat badan ibu dalam tiga bulan post partum di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo Malang. Ada hubungan antara frekuensi menyusui dengan penurunan berat badan ibu dalam tiga bulan post partum di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dinoyo Malang. ix ABSTRACT Give Connection Of ASI Exclusive With the Change of Mother Weight in Three Months of Post Partum at Work Area Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang Riska Dwi Rohmiwati 1 , Ainur Rofieq 2 , Ririn Harini 3 Background of the Study: Derivation of mother weight after give birth is difficult matter especially in region of 3p thigh, hip and buttocks. Give suck to be one of the manner to reduce mother weight after give birth, because with give suck fat reservist in mother body really be prepared as energy source during pregnancy will be used as shaper energy of ASI. Finally, fat reservist will wane, so that derivation of mother weight will happen quicker. Method: Research design that used in this research is analytic of observation research design with approaches of case control. Sample in this research is 78 mothers in three months post partum at work area Puskesmas Dinoyo, Malang. Technique sampling in this research by using total sampling. With independent variable of gift asi exclusive. Data analysis that used with Chie Square test with standard signifikasi 0,01. Result: From Chie Square got result p0,01 so ho is aversed. Gift ASI exclusive with value p 0,01, so gift asi exclusive relate to depreciation best mother body in three months of postpatum. Conclusion: There is connection that has a meaning between gifts of ASI exclusive with change of mother weight in three months of post partum at work area Puskesmas Dinoyo Malang.
