usaha yang tercantum dalam kolom bidang usaha tersebut. 2. Where the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification KBLI includes more than one
business field, the requirements in Attachment II shall only apply to the business fields that are provided in the business field column.
3. Yang dimaksud dengan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah dan Koperasi UMKMK dalam Peraturan Presiden ini adalah orang perorangan atau badan usaha yang memenuhi kriteria
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah serta Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2012 tentang Perkoperasian.
3. Micro, Small and Medium Business and Cooperatives in this Regulation of the President mean
an individual or entity that fulfills the criteria provided in Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Business and Law Number 17 of 2012 concerning Cooperatives.
4. Dalam hal suatu bidang usaha yang tercakup dalam komitmen Indonesia pada ASEAN Economic Community tidak tercantum pada Lampiran II kolom j Peraturan Presiden ini, namun
tercantum dalam kolom-kolom yang lain, maka penanam modal yang berasal dari negara-negara ASEAN dapat melakukan penanaman modal berdasarkan persyaratan sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam kolom-kolom tersebut. 4. Where a business field contained in the Indonesian commitment to the ASEAN Economic
Community is absent from Attachment II column j to this Regulation of the President, but present in another column, ASEAN investors may invest under the requirements provided in
that column.
