when she was a child. Rachel previously is careless about anyone mind, because the spiritual consciousness he begins to realize that he must change his attitude. Then because of the conditions in
the reseacher procces with tolland, she realizes that many people lie and take advantae to the other. She also finds the meaning of his life after meeting with Michael Tolland. Rachels life changes
completely. Rachel has undergone a long journey in the course of his life, and finally he decides to become the good researcher without any suspicious.
3.3 Consciousness Cogito
For Marx, Consciousness is the aspect of existentialist which is as point to analyze and to show the existence of the major character, the existence implies by consciousness, it is requirement in human
existence. As the aspect of existentialist in Deception Point Novel, it will be analyzed two major characters with goal to differentiate the consciousness of each people that are Danny Rachel, and
Maddy Bown.
Rachel consciousness arises when her team had been taken out by special force. Things seem to be going great, until some of the civilian scientists who are there confirming the discovery
start finding faults in the authenticity of this rock. Rachel gets caught up in a mad chase to find the truth behind this forged meteorite before she loses her life to the Delta Force, a hit squad determined
not to let the truth get out.
She is realise that her reasearch has obtacle by the other politian. The authenticity of the discovery seems beyond doubt. But when the team discovers a seemingly insignificant anomaly, a
Delta Force team that was secretly monitoring them attacks, killing Ming and Mangor while leaving Rachel, Tolland and Marlinson to perish on an ice floe. The three, however, are picked up by the
Navy submarine USS Charlotte and manage to inform the presidents adviser – Marjorie Tench – and
the NRO director – William Pickering – about the incident. Tench hushes up their report while
Pickering takes it seriously and sends them an air transport.
3.4 Freedom to Choose
All of characters have freedom to choose but in this point the researcher will analyze the major character’s. The first character is Rachel. Freedom to choose happens when Rachel knows that her
father is one of the candidates of precident. And she work for NRO that means work for President Zachary Herney as candidate. Rachel knows that her choice work for fairfak and research in NRO will
getting bad impact to her father as the president candidates.
In this case, no one influences her to make decision to choose except himself to choose act like that. The freedom is the requirement of choice. In this situation, Rachel chooses her work in
NRO while her father want quiting the job feel . Firstly, he doesn’t obey her father. Then she does not
leave her job. The second freedom to choose hapens when Rachel take a risk, Rachel chose to do research
on meteorites, even though she knew the risks to her life. she just wants to uncover the truth without being influenced by anyone. Rachel knows that his task fraught with risks. she also knows that this
study also used by politicians to overthrow each other in the campaign. In this situation, Rachel chooses to continue the study and uncover lies andbreak the previous
study altough risk her life.

3.5 Anxiety
There is condition in which human has to choose, in this condition there is one choice which want to choose but he chooses the other choice, to make clear the differentiation anxiety. The researcher
analyze the major characters in Deception Point novel, Rachel begins anxiety, when should do the research and have take a risk of her life. Rachel
Sexton is the estranged daughter of a Senator who is running for the Presidency. She works for the NSA and is called to the White House by the President to help be an unbiased observer to a secret

But, when she and the other impartial observers discover something that is out of the ordinary they are suddenly hunted down. There is a Special Ops team that is out to kill them.
On the other hand she doesn’t want break her father reputation with decision, but she needs
work with NRO. It is the way Rachel to choose her life. In this Situation she becomes anxiety. In his mind there are two choices: Rachel wants her job in NRO. Another choice is
Rachel doesn’t want give bad impact to her father. It is a difficult choice to decide. Finally decides to stay in her job.
Those indicate the anxiety of major character. The choice will be appear with responsibility and consequences, that is anxiety when the people has chosen choice in their life
3.6 Transcendence of Ego
Transcendence of ego is the condition human does something which out of his ego, the analysis of transcendence of ego will analyze the major character that has achieved the transcendence of ego, the
