MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS FOR PEJOMPONGAN HIGIENIC
FISH MARKET (PHFM) .JAKARTA

The research used descriptive method to formulate the vision and mission
of PHFM. After that, the writer also look for the strategical factors including
internal and eksternal of marketing and formulate alternative and priority
strategies.
The unit analysis of this study is l'cjompongan I lygienic Fish Markel
(PHFM). It is chosen because l'l IFM has important role lo introduce and develop
the modern and hygienic fish market in Indonesia. As we know, although has big
quantity in fishery, but Indonesia still is not produce effectively. Hopely, the
society will interest to consume the fish if the fish market is clean and hygienic.
After research the needed data and information, the writer can formulate
