Research Method .1 Test Validity
b T statistic =
σb
Description: b = regression coefficient dependent variable
σb = standard deviation of the regression coefficients of the independent variables. 3.7.2.2 F Test Simultaneous
F test is used to determine the influence of independent variables jointly simultaneously on the dependent variable. Significant means that the relationship
can apply to the population. Use of significance levels vary, depending on the desire of researchers, 0.01 1, 0.05 5 and 0.10 10. For example, we use a
significance level of 5 0.05, if the probability value 0.05, it can be said there is significant influence jointly between the independent variables on the dependent
variable. If significant values 0.05, no significant difference jointly between the independent variables on the dependent variable. F test can be done with the help of
SPSS software. The F can be searched by the formula:
R²k F =
1-R² n-k-1
Description :
R² = coefficient of determination n = number of data
k = number of independent variables.
