ABSTRAK
Elfrida Nauli Lubis, 2006. Pengaruh Program Pelatihan Terhadap Prestasi
Kerja Karyawan PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan Plant, dibawah
bimbingan Yulinda, Ritha F Dalimunthe (Ketua Departemen), U1fah
(penguji I), Friska Sipayung (penguji 11).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengarub pelatihan
terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan Plant.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap
prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan Plant. Hipotesis
dari permasalahan yang ada yaitu : "Pelatihan berpengarub signifikan terhadap
prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Ecogreen Olechemical Medan Plant". Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling purposive. Populasi adalah
seluruh karyawan pada PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals Medan Plant dan sampel
yang diambil adalah Karyawan pada Departemen Produksi yang berjumlah 67
orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi
dokumentasi. Variabel yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data
menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 12.00 dan pengujian hipotesis dengan
analisis regresi linear sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.
