ABSTRAKSI
Produksi pengolahan sampah daun Cengkeh di kecamatan Wagir kota Malang berkembang
dan sudah diusahakan sejak tahun 1989. dari tahun ke tahun usaha ini mengalami
peningkatan yang cukup baik. Pengolahan sampah daun Cengkeh di daerah Wagir ini belum
pernah diteliti mengenai nilai tambah dan keuntungan usahanya. Dalam penelitian ini
dirumuskan berbagai masalah yaitu; (1) Berapakah besarnya nilai tambah yang diterima
produsen minyak Atsiri? (2) Berapakah besarnya tingkat keuntungan yang diterima produsen
minyak Atsiri? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai tambah serta
tingkat keuntungan yang dapat dicapai oleh produsen minyak Atsiri.
Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja atau purposive berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa
pengolahan sampah daun cengkeh di kecamatan Wagir kota Malang milik Bpk. Tasemo
berkembang, dan satu-satunya industri rumah tangga di Kecamatan Wagir yang
mengembangkan pengolahan sampah daun Cengkeh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian
ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian
ini yaitu:
1.Analisis Nilai Tambah
2.Analisis Biaya untuk menghitung biaya total produksi
3.Analisis penerimaan untuk menghitung besarnya penerimaan yang diterima oleh pengusaha
4.Analisis Keuntungan dihitung melalui pengurangan antara penerimaan dengan total biaya
untuk satu kali proses produksi
5.Analisis Efisiensi Return Cost Ratio (R/Cratio)
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut:
1.Nilai Tambah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan sampah daun Cengkeh menjadi Minyak
Atsiri ini yaitu sebesar Rp. 727,81. Dengan ratio nilai tambah sebesar 54,62%.
2.Keuntungan yang diperoleh pengusaha pengolahan sampah daun Cengkeh menjadi Minyak
Atsiri di kecamatan Wagir kota Malang sebesar Rp. 532.250 dalam satu kali proses produksi.
Yang diperoleh
dari penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp. 1.066.000 (diperoleh dari hasil produksi per satu kali
proses produksi sebesar 20 Kg dengan harga Rp. 53.300/Kg) dikurangi biaya pengolahan
rata-rata per satu kali proses produksi.
3.Dalam pengolahan sampah daun Cengkeh menjadi Minyak Atsiri mempunyai nilai
koefisien tenaga kerja sebesar 2,665.
ABSTRACT
Cloves leaf processing production of waste in the district of Malang city, Wagir developed
and has been cultivated since 1989. from year to year, this business has increased quite good.
Cloves leaf processing waste in the region has not been investigated in Wagir about added
value and business benefits. In this study formulated a variety of problems, namely, (1) What
is the value added received by producers of essential oils? (2) What is the level of benefits
received by producers of essential oils? The objective in this research is to determine the
added value and the level of profits that can be achieved by manufacturers of Essential oil.
Location determination is performed intentionally or purposively based on the consideration
that clove leaf waste in the district of Malang city's Wagir that owned by Mr.Tasemo has
developed, and it is the only home industry in a developing district wagir Clove leaf waste.
Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Methods of data analysis used in this
study are:
1. Added Value Analysis
2. Cost Analysis to calculate the total cost of production
3. Analysis of revenue receipts to calculate the amount earned by the entrepreneur
4. Analysis calculated gains through reduction of revenue with the total cost for a one-time
production
5. Efficiency Analysis of Return Cost Ratio (R /C ratio)
Based on the research that has been done, obtained the following results:
1. Added Value generated from processing waste into Essential Oil Clove leaf this is Rp.
727.81. With the ratio of value added amounted to 54.62%.
2. Profits earned by entrepreneurs waste into Essential Oil Clove leaf in the district of Malang
city Wagir Rp. 532 250 in a single production process. Obtained from an average revenue of
Rp. 1.066 million (obtained from the production of a one-time production process for 20 kg
with a price of Rp. 53.300/Kg) reduced the average processing cost per one-time production
processes.
3. In the processing of waste leaf Clove Essential Oil has become the labor coefficient of
2.665.
