Kabupaten Jember

ABSTRAK
Penelitian dengan judul Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Lamanya
Menganggur dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan,
ketrampilan, dan umur terhadap lamanya menganggur. Populasi yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk yang sudah bekerja dan pernah menganggur
setelah lulus dari pendidikan sekolah di Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember.
Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 93 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data
yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yaitu data berdasarkan kuisioner dan
dilengkapi dengan data sekunder yaitu data yang diambil dari Dinas atau Instansi
yang bersangkutan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier
berganda, uji F, uji t, koefisien determinasi berganda, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari
analisis diketahui bahwa pengaruh pendidikan, ketrampilan, dan umur mempunyai
pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap lamanya menganggur ditunjukkan oleh
kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 75,6% atau
ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,756. Pengaruh ini signifikan dengan
F hitung sebesar 91,905 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan dari penelitian
ini adalah faktor pendidikan, ketrampilan, dan umur berpengaruh nyata terhadap
lamanya menganggur di Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian dengan judul Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Lamanya
Menganggur dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan,
ketrampilan, dan umur terhadap lamanya menganggur. Populasi yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk yang sudah bekerja dan pernah menganggur
setelah lulus dari pendidikan sekolah di Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember.
Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 93 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data
yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yaitu data berdasarkan kuisioner dan
dilengkapi dengan data sekunder yaitu data yang diambil dari Dinas atau Instansi
yang bersangkutan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier
berganda, uji F, uji t, koefisien determinasi berganda, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari
analisis diketahui bahwa pengaruh pendidikan, ketrampilan, dan umur mempunyai
pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap lamanya menganggur ditunjukkan oleh
kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 75,6% atau
ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,756. Pengaruh ini signifikan dengan
F hitung sebesar 91,905 dan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan dari penelitian
ini adalah faktor pendidikan, ketrampilan, dan umur berpengaruh nyata terhadap
lamanya menganggur di Kecamatan Rambipuji Kabupaten Jember.
