Analisis Pelat Lantai Kendaraan Jembatan dengan Metode Navier dan Metode
Levy (Studi Kasus Jembatan Kelas B40); Fitriana Rahmawati, 071910301068;
2011: 82 halaman; Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jember.
Pelat lantai kendaraan merupakan komponen utama jembatan yang berkontak
langsung dari beban kendaraan pada jembatan jalan raya. Pada pelat lantai kendaraan
jembatan, beban yang bekerja adalah beban mati (berat sendiri lantai kendaraan) dan
beban hidup (beban air hujan dan beban T truk) yang umumnya tegak lurus terhadap
permukaan pelat.
Selama ini dalam analisis pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan, perhitungan dalam
mencari momen lentur menggunakan Peraturan Beton Bertulang Indonesia 1971 (PBI
‟71) dan table Bittner dimana penyelesaian dengan langsung melihat tabel-tabel.
Sehingga dalam tugas akhir ini, dilakukan analisis pelat lantai kendaraan dengan
metode Navier dan metode Levy yang masing-masing dibandingkan dengan hasil
perhitungan PBI ‟71 dan table Bittner pada pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan. Tujuan
penelitian: (1) untuk mengetahui hasil analisis momen lentur pelat lantai kendaraan
jembatan dengan berbagai bentuk pembebanan dan type pelat yang dihitung dengan
metode σavier, metode Levy, dan PBI ‟7, (2) untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil
kombinasi momen lentur pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan dengan metode Navier,
metode Levy, dan PBI ‟71.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis langsung bagaimana hasil
perhitungan momen lentur akibat gaya luar (beban mati dan beban hidup) sesuai
dengan bentuk pembebanan dan type pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan dengan metode
Navier, metode Levy, dan PBI ‟71. Dalam pembebanan pelat, terdapat 3 bentuk
pembebanan yaitu beban merata, beban merata segitiga, dan beban merata di tengah

bentang pelat. Pada pelat lantai kendaraan, terdapat 2 type pada pelat lantai
kendaraan. Perbedaan antara 2 type ini terdapat dalam bentuk beban matinya (aspal).
Pada type pelat 1 bentuk aspalnya merata, sedangkan pada type pelat 2 aspal dengan
kemiringan 2%.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam ketiga metode yang digunakan,
untuk bentuk pembebanan beban merata (beban mati pada type pelat 1 dan beban air
hujan) dan beban merata di tengah bentang pelat (beban T truk), hasil analisis momen
lentur dari metode Levy lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode Navier dan PBI
‟71. Sedangkan untuk beban merata segitiga (beban mati pada type pelat 2), hasil
analisis momen lentur dari metode Navier lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode
Levy dan PBI ‟71. Berdasarkan hasil kombinasi momen lentur didapatkan bahwa
hasil dari metode Levy lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode σavier dan PBI ‟71.
Hal ini membuat metode Levy lebih baik digunakan dalam perencanaan penulangan
pelat lantai kendaraan karena dengan besarnya momen maka berpengaruh terhadap
penulangan pelat (baik ukuran maupun jumlah tulangan) sehingga kontruksi pelat
menjadi lebih aman.

Vehicle floor slab is a major component of bridge in direct contact of the vehicle load
on a highway bridge. On the floor of the vehicle bridge plate, the load that works is dead load
(weight of the vehicle floor) and live load (the load of rainwater and T truck load) that is
generally perpendicular to the surface of the plate.
So far in the analysis of the vehicle floor slab bridge, the calculation in the search for
the bending moment using Reinforced Concrete Indonesia Regulation 1971 and Bittner
where the settlement table with a direct look at the tables. So in this thesis, an analysis of
vehicles with a floor plate method and the method of Levy Navier respectively compared
with the results of calculations and tables PBI'71 Bittner on the vehicle floor slab bridge.
Research goals: 1) to know the results of the analysis of plate bending moment the vehicle
floor bridge in various of load and type of plate is calculated by the Navier method, the
method of Levy, and PBI '7, 2) To know the comparison of the result of a combination of
bending moment vehicle floor slab bridge Navier method, method of Levy, and PBI '7.
The research was done by direct analyzing how the calculation of bending moment
due to external force (dead load and live load) in accordance with the form of load and type
of vehicle floor slab bridge with Navier method, the method of Levy, and PBI'7. In the
loading plate, there are three forms of load, there are the equal load, the equal triangle load,
and a flat load at centre of the span plate. On the floor plate of vehicles, there are two types in
the floor plate of the vehicle. There are two types of differences in the dead load (asphalt). In
type 1 form of asphalt is flat., whereas in type 2 asphalt plate with a slope of 2%.
The analysis showed that in all three methods used, for the form of a load even

Analisis Pelat Lantai Kendaraan Jembatan dengan Metode Navier dan Metode
Levy (Studi Kasus Jembatan Kelas B40); Fitriana Rahmawati, 071910301068;
2011: 82 halaman; Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jember.
Pelat lantai kendaraan merupakan komponen utama jembatan yang berkontak
langsung dari beban kendaraan pada jembatan jalan raya. Pada pelat lantai kendaraan
jembatan, beban yang bekerja adalah beban mati (berat sendiri lantai kendaraan) dan
beban hidup (beban air hujan dan beban T truk) yang umumnya tegak lurus terhadap
permukaan pelat.
Selama ini dalam analisis pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan, perhitungan dalam
mencari momen lentur menggunakan Peraturan Beton Bertulang Indonesia 1971 (PBI
‟71) dan table Bittner dimana penyelesaian dengan langsung melihat tabel-tabel.
Sehingga dalam tugas akhir ini, dilakukan analisis pelat lantai kendaraan dengan
metode Navier dan metode Levy yang masing-masing dibandingkan dengan hasil
perhitungan PBI ‟71 dan table Bittner pada pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan. Tujuan
penelitian: (1) untuk mengetahui hasil analisis momen lentur pelat lantai kendaraan
jembatan dengan berbagai bentuk pembebanan dan type pelat yang dihitung dengan
metode σavier, metode Levy, dan PBI ‟7, (2) untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil
kombinasi momen lentur pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan dengan metode Navier,
metode Levy, dan PBI ‟71.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis langsung bagaimana hasil
perhitungan momen lentur akibat gaya luar (beban mati dan beban hidup) sesuai
dengan bentuk pembebanan dan type pelat lantai kendaraan jembatan dengan metode
Navier, metode Levy, dan PBI ‟71. Dalam pembebanan pelat, terdapat 3 bentuk
pembebanan yaitu beban merata, beban merata segitiga, dan beban merata di tengah

bentang pelat. Pada pelat lantai kendaraan, terdapat 2 type pada pelat lantai
kendaraan. Perbedaan antara 2 type ini terdapat dalam bentuk beban matinya (aspal).
Pada type pelat 1 bentuk aspalnya merata, sedangkan pada type pelat 2 aspal dengan
kemiringan 2%.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam ketiga metode yang digunakan,
untuk bentuk pembebanan beban merata (beban mati pada type pelat 1 dan beban air
hujan) dan beban merata di tengah bentang pelat (beban T truk), hasil analisis momen
lentur dari metode Levy lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode Navier dan PBI
‟71. Sedangkan untuk beban merata segitiga (beban mati pada type pelat 2), hasil
analisis momen lentur dari metode Navier lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode
Levy dan PBI ‟71. Berdasarkan hasil kombinasi momen lentur didapatkan bahwa
hasil dari metode Levy lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode σavier dan PBI ‟71.
Hal ini membuat metode Levy lebih baik digunakan dalam perencanaan penulangan
pelat lantai kendaraan karena dengan besarnya momen maka berpengaruh terhadap
penulangan pelat (baik ukuran maupun jumlah tulangan) sehingga kontruksi pelat
menjadi lebih aman.

Analysis of The Vehicle Floor Plate Bridge with The Method of Navier and Levy

Vehicle floor slab is a major component of bridge in direct contact of the vehicle load
on a highway bridge. On the floor of the vehicle bridge plate, the load that works is dead load
(weight of the vehicle floor) and live load (the load of rainwater and T truck load) that is
generally perpendicular to the surface of the plate.
So far in the analysis of the vehicle floor slab bridge, the calculation in the search for
the bending moment using Reinforced Concrete Indonesia Regulation 1971 and Bittner
where the settlement table with a direct look at the tables. So in this thesis, an analysis of
vehicles with a floor plate method and the method of Levy Navier respectively compared
with the results of calculations and tables PBI'71 Bittner on the vehicle floor slab bridge.
Research goals: 1) to know the results of the analysis of plate bending moment the vehicle
floor bridge in various of load and type of plate is calculated by the Navier method, the
method of Levy, and PBI '7, 2) To know the comparison of the result of a combination of
bending moment vehicle floor slab bridge Navier method, method of Levy, and PBI '7.
The research was done by direct analyzing how the calculation of bending moment
due to external force (dead load and live load) in accordance with the form of load and type
of vehicle floor slab bridge with Navier method, the method of Levy, and PBI'7. In the
loading plate, there are three forms of load, there are the equal load, the equal triangle load,
and a flat load at centre of the span plate. On the floor plate of vehicles, there are two types in
the floor plate of the vehicle. There are two types of differences in the dead load (asphalt). In
type 1 form of asphalt is flat., whereas in type 2 asphalt plate with a slope of 2%.
The analysis showed that in all three methods used, for the form of a load even
burden (dead load on the type of plate 1 and the load of rain) and flat load was at centre of
