Abstraksi
Pendauran limbah kertas sebelun di jadikan kertas jadi terlebih dahulu dihancurkan menjadi
bubur kertas (pulp kertas) yang lembut dengan menggunakan mesin penghancur kertas.
Mesin penghancur kertas daur ulang bekerja dengan system seperti proses pengadukan , dengan
pisau putar sebagai pengahncur. Proses awal penghancuran yaitu kertas dan air masing – masing
kertas 70 % dan air 30 % dimasukan kedalam mesin lewat corong pemasukkan kemudian dalam
keadaan berkerja mesin akan berputar memutar pisau – pisau putar sehingga terjadi proses
penghancuran kertas, kertas akan terpotong sesuai putaran mesin sampai kertas tersebut hancur
bercampur dengan air menjadi pulp kertas, kemudian pulp kertas keluar lewat pipa keluar.
Perencanaan mesin penghancur kertas ini dibuat dengan menggunakan motor listrik yang sama,
dengan daya 1 Hp sebagai penggeraknya dengan direduksi oleh belt yang terpasang pada pully
dan berputar menggerakkan poros mesin yang menumpu dudukan pisau sebagai letak pisau
putar.
Mesin penghancur kertas daur ulang ini direncanakan berkapasitas 50 kg/menit, sedangkan
perancangan terdahulu hanya 5 kg /menitdengan jumlah pisau 8 buah,ketebalan pisau 3 mm lebar
40 mm dan panjang 200 mm, adapun putaran poros mesin sebesar 675 rpm getaran mesin lebih
kecil karana putaran diturunkan dari 900 rpm, sedangkan putaran poros penggerak 2700 rpm

around the knifes turn so that happened the process of paper crushing, paper will be cut
according to machine rotation until the paper fall to pieces to mixed with the water become the
pulp paper, later then pulp paper go out to pass the out pipe.
Planning of this paper destroyer Machine is made by using electromotor as its activator with
reduced by belt attached at pulley and rotate to move the crank shaft converging the knife as
knife situation turn around the.
Machine of paper Destroyer recycle this planned by capacities 15 kg/ minute with the knife
amount 8 ,thick of knife 3 mm, wide 40 mm and long 200 mm, as for rotation of crank shaft is
675 rpm, while countershaft rotation is 2700 rpm
