Saving Dashboards By Other Names and In Other Locations You can save a dashboard: ■ By another name The new name for the dashboard must not exist in the destination folder, otherwise, the save operation fails. ■ Anywhere in the Oracle BI Presentation Catalog If you save the dashboard in the Dashboards subfolder directly under Shared Foldersfirst level subfolder, then the dashboard is listed in the Dashboard menu in the global header.
