5.2 UML notation
Some of the diagrams that appear in this document are presented using the Unified Modeling UML notation. Subclause 5.2 of [OGC 05-008c1] provides some general guidance
regarding the use of class diagrams.
5.3 Namespace prefix conventions
Table 2 lists the namespaces used in this document and the specifications in which they are defined. The prefixes are not normative and are merely chosen for convenience; they may
appear in examples without being formally declared, and have no semantic significance. The namespaces to which the prefixes correspond are normative, however.
