1. Paid holidays

IDEP offices are closed for official national holidays ‘red’ days that fall on IDEP working days, per year as defined by the government of Indonesia and published by IDEP’s Human Resources Department. 2. Leave

• Annual Leave IDEP provides employees with 15 working days leave as personal time per year including for local cultural holidays, or other needed leave unless otherwise negotiated and approved by line manager. Upon termination, all unused days within one working year are paid to the employee if the individual has been employed for more than one year. Balance of Annual leave that not been taken in the year can be taken as additional annual leave for next year with a maximum 5‐day • Religion Event Leave IDEP provides employees with 3 day off for religious activities which can only be taken for conducting religious activities, if in a year is not taken off it will be not applicable • Sick Leave A maximum of 10 days of sick leave with payment are allowed per year, unless otherwise negotiated and approved by line manager. Employees need to provide proof of illness to their line managers after 3 days of sick leave to be eligible for payment of wages during days absent due to illness. Unused sick leave days are not a reimbursable benefit . • Maternity leave
