c. Manjaji 2004 and Zanzibar sample position in Indonesia ingroup n = 113
The results of classification shows that the samples came from Manjaji 2004 spread on the four groups of Indonesia ingroup n = 113, which are 6 individuals clustered in Group
I, 2 individuals clustered in Group II, 5 individuals clustered in Group III and 1 individual clustered in Group IV, while the sample of Zanzibar clustered in Group I of Indonesia
ingroup Table 4.3.

Grouping of each groups also performed for the results of cyt b marker sequencing along 420 bp only in Indonesia ingroup. Other ingroup and outgroup from Manjaji 2004
and Zanzibar were excluded because the sequencing length results only 239 bp. Outgroup for grouping was taken from one of the families that have a total of cyt b gene of
Dasyatidae 1,143 kb, i.e. Dasyatis zugei with the Genebank access code JX524174. Classification result showed that 113 individuals Indonesia ingroup grouped into 4 main
groups Figure 4.5, which was same as the grouping result of the cyt b markers along 239 bp Figure 4.4.
