Pensiunan merupakan suatu tahapan perkembangan yang akan dialami oleh setiap orang yang
bekerja. Dimana pada masa tersebut seseorang akan mengalami perubahan peran maupun pola
hidup. Kondisi tersebut seringkali membawa problem tersendiri dimana dengan pensiun
seseorang akan kehilangan pekerjaan yang dicintainya yang menjadi identitas diri seseorang.
Dimana tidak semua orang berhasil dalam proses alih “profesi’ dari yang biasanya sehari-harinya
sibuk, tiba-tiba tidak ada kegiatan dalam menjalani masa pensiunnya. Berdasarkan fenomena
tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk mengungkap lebih lanjut dalam bentuk penelitian yang berjudul
Perbedaan Tingkat Kecemasan Guru Negeri Dan Guru Swasta dalam Menghadapi Masa Pensiun.
Dimana tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan
antara guru negeri dengan guru swasta dalam menghadapi masa pensiun?.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di seluruh guru SMU Negeri dan 3 SMU Swasta yang terdapat dalam
kecamatan Ponorogo Kota Ponorogo. Dipilihnya kecamatan Ponorogo ini karena ketersediaan
sampel seperti guru negeri dan guru swasta yang berusia antara 50 sampai 60 tahun yang sedang
menanti masa pensiunnya sehingga total keseluruhan populasinya berjumlah 19 orang guru dari
SMU Negeri dan 19 Guru dari SMU Swasta yang ada di kecamatan Ponorogo kota Ponorogo.
Sehingga total sampel keseluruhannya adalah 38 orang dengan teknik samplingnya adalah Total
sampling sebagai alat pengumpul datanya digunakan angket dan teknik analisa data yang
digunakan adalah uji t test yang tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaaan
kecemasan guru negeri dengan guru swasta dalam menghadapi masa pensiun.
Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kecemasan guru negeri
dengan guru swasta dimana hasil uji perbedaan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan komputer
program SPSS V. 13 diketahui bahwa nilai t = 0,388 dengan nilai p = 0.700. Hal ini menandakan
bahwa hipotesa yang yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yakni “ada perbedaan kecemasan guru
negeri dengan guru swasta” ditolak. Namun demikian jika dilihat dari hasil perhitungan nilai
masing-masing mean diketahui bahwa nilai mean guru negeri lebih tinggi sebesar memiliki nilai
mean lebih rendah
Abstract
Retired is a stage of development that will be experienced by everyone who works. Where at that time a
person will experience changes in roles and lifestyle. The condition often brings its own problems with
the pension where a person will lose a job he loved that identifies a person. Where not everyone is
successful in the process of transfer of 'profession' from the usual day-to-day busy, suddenly there is no
activity within a period of retirement. Based on this phenomenon researchers are interested to reveal
more information in the form of a study entitled Differences Anxiety Levels State Teachers and Teachers
in Private Facing Retirement. Where the purpose of this study was to determine whether there are
differences between teachers' anxiety level land with a private teacher in the face of retirement?.
This research was conducted in all public senior high school teachers and three private high school
located in the City Roxburgh Roxburgh district. Ponorogo district chosen is because the availability of
samples, such as school teachers and private teachers aged between 50 to 60 who are waiting for
retirement so that the total population amounted to 19 people from senior high school teachers and 19
teachers from private high school in the district town of Roxburgh Roxburgh. So the total overall sample
is 38 people with the sampling technique is the total sampling as a data collection tool used
questionnaires and data analysis techniques used were t test tests that aim to determine whether there
is differences in anxiety state teacher with a private teacher in the face of retirement.
The results of this study states that there is no difference between the domestic anxiety of teachers with
private teachers where the results of difference tests performed using SPSS V. 13 Note that the value t =
0.388 with p = 0700. This indicates that the hypothesis proposed in this study that "there are differences
in anxiety state with private teachers of teachers" was rejected. However, if viewed from the calculation
of the mean value of each teacher is known that the mean value was higher than the country has a
lower mean value.
