colorful paper, colorful markers, plain paper, and a cutter. First get the plastic bottle, make sure it is dry and clean. Cut the bottle. Get the colorful paper. Apply the glue to the paper carefully. Wrap
the bottle with the colorful paper. If you use plain paper, you can decorate it using colorful paper.
Now your pencil holder is ready to use.
