e. Melakukan penilaian risiko dan menentukan pengendalian bahaya dari kegiatan
operasional sesuai dengan prosedur HIRADC Hazard Identiication Risk
Assessment and Determine Control dan Job Hazard Analysis.
f. Bekerja sama dengan SCG Chemicals dalam mengadaptasi sistem dan
pelaksanaan Safety Best Practice dan Turn- Around Maintenance TAM.
g. Peluncuran program berbasis keselamatan yaitu Life Saving Rules as Golden Rules
yang mengatur segala bentuk peraturan keselamatan dan sanksi terhadap
pelanggaran yang harus dipatuhi oleh seluruh karyawan Perseroan.
Atas upaya berkelanjutan dalam melaksanakan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja,
Perseroan berhasil mencapai 12 juta jam kerja tanpa kecelakaan kerja terhitung sejak 4
Februari 2012 sampai dengan 31 Maret 2014.
Perseroan juga menerapkan prinsip kesetaraan gender dalam hal kesempatan kerja kepada
laki-laki dan perempuan. Proses rekrutmen yang diselenggarakan Perseroan senantiasa
menjunjung tinggi asas kesetaraan, tidak diskriminatif, dan transparan. Melalui kegiatan-
kegitan di atas, Perseroan semaksimal mungkin berupaya melaksanakan tanggung jawab
dalam memberikan praktek ketenagakerjaan yang layak dan perhatian terhadap kesehatan
dan keselamatan kerja karyawan.
PENGEMBANGAN SOSIAL KEMASYARAKATAN
Sejalan dengan perkembangan bisnis yang dilakukan, Perseroan bertekad untuk terus
berkontribusi dalam pembangunan sosial kemasyarakatan dengan memberikan bantuan
dan dorongan kepada masyarakat agar ikut memperoleh manfaat ekonomi, akses
pendidikan dan kesehatan serta menjaga kelestarian alam sekitar. Berikut adalah
aktivitas-aktivitas di bidang Pengembangan Sosial Kemasyarakatan yang telah dilakukan
Perseroan di tahun 2014.
Program Kemitraan Perekonomian Masyarakat
Perseroan memfasilitasi modal dan pendampingan usaha kepada pelaku usaha
mikro dan kecil mitra binaan.
Sepanjang 2014, Perseroan telah melakukan kemitraan dengan aktivitas sebagai berikut.
e. Performing a risk assessment and determine the hazard control from
operations activities in accordance to the procedure of HIRADC Hazard Identiication
Risk Assessment and Determine Control and Job Hazard Analysis.
f. Work closely with SCG Chemicals in adapting the system and implementation
of Safety Best Practice and Turn-Around Maintenance TAM.
g. Launching of safety-based program namely Life Saving Rules as Golden Rules which
regulating all forms of safety rules and sanctions against violations of the rules
that have to be complied by all employees.
For its continuous eforts in implementing K3 programs, the Company achieved 12
million work hours without lost time accident with period of time of 4 February 2012 to
31 March 2014.
The Company also implements the principle of gender equality in employment opportunities
to male and female. The recruitment process held by the Company always upholds the
principle of equality, non-discriminatory, and transparency. Through the activities above, the
Company has attempted as much as possible conducting responsibility in providing fair
labor practices and attention to the health and safety of employees.
SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
In line with its business development, the Company is determined to continuously
contribute to the social development by providing support and encouragement to
community to obtain the economic beneits, access to education and health, as well as
preserve the environment. The following are activities in Social and Community
Development which has been conducted by the Company in 2014.

The Company facilitates capital and business assistance to small and micro entrepreneurs
assisted partner.
