ABSTRACT
This research is a correlational study aimed to determine the
significance of the relationship between school climate with burnout in
teachers. A total of 30 people were taken as the sample is done by using
the technique of saturated samples. Research methods used in data
collection methods scale, the scale of school climate and burnout scale.
Data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation
technique. From the analysis of data obtained correlation coefficient (r) 0.677 with P
