Pengaruh Danau Toba terhadap Desain Resort (Studi Kasus: Samosir Villa Resort)

ABSTRAK

Danau Toba terkenal dengan keindahan alamnya dari segi view
sehingga dapat menjadi objek wisata. Potensi alam ini dikembangkan dengan cara
menyediakan fasilitas pendukung salah satunya adalah Samosir Villa Resort
ditinjau dari berbagai aspek. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk
pola resort dan pengaruh serta faktor-faktor budaya apa saja yang berpengaruh
terhadap resort. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan
observasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisa menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Penelitian ini
diharapkan dapat mengetahui pengaruh danau toba terhadap resort.

ABSTRACT

Public open space is one of the facilities needed by a town. Everybody
need a public open space as a place for recreation, do hobbies and social
interaction. Lapangan Merdeka is one of the public open space in the Medan city.
The purpose of study is to know the shape of the patterns of influence as well as
resorts and cultural factors that affect any resort. Data were collected through

documantation and observation. Result were analyzed with qualitative techniques.
The study expected to be aware of the influence of Lake toba towards the resort.
