Pengaruh Indaziflam Terhadap Seed Bank Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn. Pada Berbeda Kedan dan Kadar Air Media Tanah

Pengendalian weed seed bank penting dalam strategi pengendalian gulma secara
terpadu. Sejumlah teknik untuk mengurangi seed bank tergantung system
pertanian, lokasi, dan penguasaan gulma. Bahan aktif Indaziflam merupakan salah
satu herbisida pre emerganceyang digunakan sebagai pengendalian gulma untuk
mengantisipasi resistensi dan suksesi gulma terutama terhadap herbisida.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan efikasi indaziflam terhadap kedalaman
tanah dan daya tumbuh seed bank gulma E. indica. Percobaan menggunakan
rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama
yaitu herbisida dan tidak menggunakan herbisida, faktor kedua kedalaman tanah
meliputi kedalaman 0 cm, 2 cm, 4 cm dan 8 cm. Dan faktor ketiga yaitu kadar air
tanah meliputi 25% KL, 50% KL, 75% KL dan 100% KL.Hasil menunjukkan
bahwa perlakuanherbisidaberpengaruhnyatapadaperlakuantanpaherbisidaterhadap
parameter gulma yang tumbuh, dan kedalaman tanah 0 cm dan 2 cm berpengaruh
nyata terhadap kedalaman tanah 4 cm dan 8 cm dan perlakuan kadar air 100% KL
bepengaruh nyata pada kadar air 25% KL terhadap gulma yang tumbuh, tetapi
tidak berpengaruh nyata pada kadar air 50% KL dan75% KL

Controlling seed bank of weed is important in an integrated weed control
strategy. A number of techniques to reduce the seed bank depending on the
agricultural system, locations, and control weeds. The active ingredient herbicide
Indaziflam is one of the pre emergance used as a weed control to anticipate
resistance and a succession of weeds, especially to the herbicide. The objective of
this study was to determine the efficacy indaziflam against soil depth and ability
to grow weed seed bank E. indica. Experiments using a randomized block design
factorial with three replications. first factor was aplication herbicide and not use
herbicide, the second factor includes the depth of soil 0 cm, 2 cm, 4 cm and 8 cm.
And the third factor was Soil Water Content includes 25%, 50%, 75% and
100%field capacity. The results showed that the real effect on the herbicide
treatments without herbicide treatment on parameters weeds, and soil depth of 0
cm and 2 cm real impact on soil depth of 4 cm and 8 cm and the treatment of the
soil water content of 100%field capacity real impact on the water content of
25%field capacity against weeds, but had no significant effect on the water
content of 50%field capacity and 75%field capacity.
