  Salam sejahtera, Saya, Mentari Bunjamin, mahasiswi semester VI Fakultas Kedokteran

  Universitas Sumatera Utara, saat ini tengah melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Gambaran Tingkat Lama Penggunaan Komputer dengan Terjadinya Gejala- gejala Computer Vision Syndrome pada Pekerja Pengoperasi Komputer di Wilmar Group, Medan Kota”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tingkat lama penggunaan komputer dengan terjadinya gejala-gejala

  Computer Vision Syndrome pada pekerja pengoperasi komputer.

  Saya mengharapkan keikutsertaan dan kerjasama dari Saudara/i untuk memberikan waktu dan daya dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, Saudara/i akan diminta untuk bersedia dipantau selama dua jam dan diharapkan bersedia menyediakan waktu kurang lebih 15 menit untuk menjalani proses pengambilan sampel, berupa pengisian kuesioner terbimbing.

  Keikutsertaan Saudara/i dalam penelitian ini sangat saya harapkan. Partisipasi Saudara/i bersifat bebas tanpa ada paksaan.
