ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan cairan
mikroba lokal (MOL) terhadap kadar Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) dan Acid
Detergent Fiber (ADF) pada ransum lengkap terfermentasi. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL).
Terdapat lima jenis perlakuan penambahan MOL ( R1 = 0%, R2 = 0,1%, R3 =
0,3% dan R4 = 0,5% dan R5=0,7%) tiap perelakuan mendapat empat ulangan.
Peubah yang diukur adalah kandungan NDF dan ADF ransum lengkap
terfermentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan MOL sampai
dengan tingkat 0,7% pada ransum lengkap terfermentasi memberikan pengaruh
terhadap penurunan kandungan NDF dan ADF.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to know the effect of Indigenous Microorganism (IMO)
addition on the contens of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) and Acid Detergent Fiber
(ADF) in the fermented complete feed. The research was done by using experimental
method; the experimental plan used is Completely Randomized Design.There were five
kind treatments of IMO, that is: (R1 = 0 %, R2 = 0,1 %, R3 = 0,3 %, and R4 = 0,7 %),
each was repeated four times. The variable of measured were the NDF and ADF contents
of the fermented complete feed. The result of the research shows that the addition of 0,7
% IMO gave the effect on the lowest of the NDF and ADF contents.
